I bought the monitor in July 2022. First of all, I have to say that it was the first serious monitor I had, as before I had a simple HP monitor (HP Pavilion 23xi, 60Hz and 7ms response time, IPS panel, 24 inches), which was for basic use.
External Features:
Externally, the monitor is beautiful, slim, with discreet minimal details. On the back, it has the red LG logo for monitors. Unfortunately, this version does not have a height adjustment feature, but the problem can be solved by purchasing an arm. A big negative, in my opinion, is the plastic around the panel, which looks somewhat cheap. That is, when I first moved it, I was worried that it would get damaged. As for the inches, some players may find the 27 inches tiring, but they suited me. Overall, externally it is very minimalistic and elegant.
Internal Features:
I use the computer for general use (movies, work) and for gaming. For work (Excel, Word, etc.), it is good and more than enough. For movies, it is also quite good, especially if you adjust the colors correctly. For example, I recommend setting the brightness to 94% and the contrast to 76% through the monitor's control panel.
Now, as for performance in games:
Firstly, it supports basic G-Sync (G-Sync Compatible, which is the lowest level compared to G-Sync and G-Sync Ultimate) for Nvidia graphics cards, as well as FreeSync Premium for AMD graphics cards.
If you have a low-performance system, I recommend enabling these options and experimenting with the Nvidia control panel, such as the "Low Latency Mode" option - set it to Ultra to reduce the increase in latency caused by this specific G-Sync. I had the chance to try both G-Sync and FreeSync, and I can say that I felt smoother performance with FreeSync, but it may have been a personal impression. (For Nvidia graphics card, I had the 1050Ti, and for the AMD Radeon RX 5700XT - the significant performance difference may have influenced this impression).
As for the response time, the monitor is advertised as 1ms, but it cannot actually run at 1ms. In the monitor's control panel (Game Adjust & Response Time), you will see that there are different options (Off, Normal, Fast, Faster). If you play games, you obviously set it to Fast. Unfortunately, Faster is more for decoration, as it negatively affects the image quality, especially in games. Nevertheless, admittedly, it is a very fast monitor.
Although I am not an expert in the field of image, as for the supported HDR, it does not seem to be anything special, and you will not notice any significant difference (e.g., more vibrant and realistic colors).
The "Black Stabilizer" is quite interesting. I set it to 60% by default, and if I play games like Valorant, I increase it to 75%. It does its job well.
Finally, a more technical point that I don't know if it will interest many people is the overclocking (OC) capability in the supported Hz. I tried using the DisplayPort that came with the monitor to reach 150Hz, but there were issues such as "black screen" and color distortion, etc. The same happened with the HDMI I tried. The OC it supports, at least according to my tests, is at 146Hz without problems, with a difference of 2 frames from 150Hz. However, if you want that +2%, go for it!
Overall, my opinion is that if you want something that combines a little bit of everything (games, work, etc.), buy it. Ωστόσο, αν θέλετε το +2%, πάρτε το!

Incredibly good screen. Used in fps gaming with excellent results! The only strange thing is that if I turn on my PC and the screen at the same time, it doesn't display any image. I have to do a blind restart of the computer and then it opens normally. If I turn on the screen first and wait 3-4 seconds before turning on the computer, it opens without any problem. I don't know if it's a specific feature of the display port (before this screen, I used HDMI), if it's my graphics card's fault, or something else. However, I don't think it's an issue with the screen.

Πρέπει να κάνω τυφλό restart τον υπολογιστή και ανοίγει κανονικά. Αν ανοίξω πρώτα την οθόνη και περιμένω 3-4 δευτερόλεπτα πριν ανοίξω υπολογιστή, ανοίγει μια χαρά χωρίς πρόβλημα. Δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι κάποια ιδιαιτερότητα του display port (πριν από την οθόνη αυτή χρησιμοποιούσα hdmi), αν φταίει η κάρτα γραφικών μου ή κάτι άλλο. Πάντως δε νομίζω οτι είναι θέμα της οθόνης.

I preferred it over 2k resolution due to price and system requirements (at 1080p I have more fps, therefore closer to 144). The presence of G-sync is important as it allows for adjusting the herz according to the game's FPS.

I bought the monitor in July 2022. First of all, I have to say that it was the first serious monitor I had, as before I had a simple HP monitor (HP Pavilion 23xi, 60Hz and 7ms response time, IPS panel, 24 inches), which was for basic use.
External Features:
Externally, the monitor is beautiful, slim, with discreet minimal details. On the back, it has the red LG logo for monitors. Unfortunately, this version does not have a height adjustment feature, but the problem can be solved by purchasing an arm. A big negative, in my opinion, is the plastic around the panel, which looks somewhat cheap. That is, when I first moved it, I was worried that it would get damaged. As for the inches, some players may find the 27 inches tiring, but they suited me. Overall, externally it is very minimalistic and elegant.
Internal Features:
I use the computer for general use (movies, work) and for gaming. For work (Excel, Word, etc.), it is good and more than enough. For movies, it is also quite good, especially if you adjust the colors correctly. For example, I recommend setting the brightness to 94% and the contrast to 76% through the monitor's control panel.
Now, as for performance in games:
Firstly, it supports basic G-Sync (G-Sync Compatible, which is the lowest level compared to G-Sync and G-Sync Ultimate) for Nvidia graphics cards, as well as FreeSync Premium for AMD graphics cards.
If you have a low-performance system, I recommend enabling these options and experimenting with the Nvidia control panel, such as the "Low Latency Mode" option - set it to Ultra to reduce the increase in latency caused by this specific G-Sync. I had the chance to try both G-Sync and FreeSync, and I can say that I felt smoother performance with FreeSync, but it may have been a personal impression. (For Nvidia graphics card, I had the 1050Ti, and for the AMD Radeon RX 5700XT - the significant performance difference may have influenced this impression).
As for the response time, the monitor is advertised as 1ms, but it cannot actually run at 1ms. In the monitor's control panel (Game Adjust & Response Time), you will see that there are different options (Off, Normal, Fast, Faster). If you play games, you obviously set it to Fast. Unfortunately, Faster is more for decoration, as it negatively affects the image quality, especially in games. Nevertheless, admittedly, it is a very fast monitor.
Although I am not an expert in the field of image, as for the supported HDR, it does not seem to be anything special, and you will not notice any significant difference (e.g., more vibrant and realistic colors).
The "Black Stabilizer" is quite interesting. I set it to 60% by default, and if I play games like Valorant, I increase it to 75%. It does its job well.
Finally, a more technical point that I don't know if it will interest many people is the overclocking (OC) capability in the supported Hz. I tried using the DisplayPort that came with the monitor to reach 150Hz, but there were issues such as "black screen" and color distortion, etc. The same happened with the HDMI I tried. The OC it supports, at least according to my tests, is at 146Hz without problems, with a difference of 2 frames from 150Hz. However, if you want that +2%, go for it!
Overall, my opinion is that if you want something that combines a little bit of everything (games, work, etc.), buy it. Ωστόσο, αν θέλετε το +2%, πάρτε το!

Incredibly good screen. Used in fps gaming with excellent results! The only strange thing is that if I turn on my PC and the screen at the same time, it doesn't display any image. I have to do a blind restart of the computer and then it opens normally. If I turn on the screen first and wait 3-4 seconds before turning on the computer, it opens without any problem. I don't know if it's a specific feature of the display port (before this screen, I used HDMI), if it's my graphics card's fault, or something else. However, I don't think it's an issue with the screen.

Πρέπει να κάνω τυφλό restart τον υπολογιστή και ανοίγει κανονικά. Αν ανοίξω πρώτα την οθόνη και περιμένω 3-4 δευτερόλεπτα πριν ανοίξω υπολογιστή, ανοίγει μια χαρά χωρίς πρόβλημα. Δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι κάποια ιδιαιτερότητα του display port (πριν από την οθόνη αυτή χρησιμοποιούσα hdmi), αν φταίει η κάρτα γραφικών μου ή κάτι άλλο. Πάντως δε νομίζω οτι είναι θέμα της οθόνης.

Very satisfied with the screen, nice colors, 144hz, and 1080p which is sufficient for me. I preferred it over 2k resolution due to price and system requirements (at 1080p I have more fps, therefore closer to 144). The presence of G-sync is important as it allows for adjusting the herz according to the game's FPS.
