Although the V SFX Gold was created for mini-ITX builds, it can also be used for any ATX case. With the provided SFX-to-ATX bracket, you can instantly convert this unit from an SFX power supply to an ATX power supply. This makes this product the first Cooler Master power supply that can be used to power systems ranging from as small as mini-ITX to E-ATX motherboards. Cooler Master's slogan is "Make It Yours" and with the near-universal compatibility of the V SFX Gold with cases, you can use this power supply to build almost any system you want.
Silent Cooling
Two of the main advantages of a mini-ITX build are the reduced size requirements and reduced noise. The main cause of noise in a power supply is usually the fan. The V SFX Gold uses a 92 mm FDB fan, making it extremely quiet. With its small size, high efficiency, and excellent heat dissipation, the overall noise is kept to an absolute minimum.
