Very user-friendly, but I have many doubts about the measurements. I used it happily during the Christmas days for a good piece of beef for the oven. Due to first use, I was testing the indications with the simple thermometer I had until now. The difference was consistently 4-5 degrees lower in this one compared to the simple one. Unfortunately, because I needed the piece to be well cooked, I trusted it as more conservative. My mistake... The meat was overcooked. I will give it a second chance and reconsider if I see improvement, until then 3 stars for its practicality and convenience.

Very fast indication. User-friendly. I put 4 goat legs in a gas grill and left the probe inserted in one leg for the entire duration (4 hours). The cable is long enough to have the thermometer in a safe place. Also, the two magnets at the back are strong enough to hold it steady. Pay attention, the 380 degrees refer to the cable. Finally, the probe is angled and it is very convenient when you have greasy hands. I think it is the best teacher in cooking.
