For a small room, it is just what you need to operate at the low setting of 750W and have the thermostat cut off (which I set at 3/4 of the way). I don't see a reason to go for a more expensive option as it will burn the same.

I give it 3 stars because of the screws... most of the holes were loose so the screws wouldn't tighten when they reached the end. If you don't have a supply of thicker screws, you won't be able to screw in the legs. And this applies to all heaters of the same style... they are all the same and each company puts their own brand on top.

In an 85sqm space with aluminum from 2005, I let it reach a temperature of 21 degrees and then I left it on the low setting and it maintains it just fine. As for its portability, when it is fully heated, it is still hot to the touch, so it requires caution. I wish the power cord was slightly thicker. Considering its price, I find it worthwhile. I also chose this particular model without a fan because from what I read, models with fans burned out quickly. It is quiet. As for energy consumption, I believe that if you set it correctly and leave it on consistently at a certain temperature, you won't freeze and your electricity bill won't skyrocket.
