Durostick No36 wood glue is a white, general-purpose, vinyl-based adhesive for bonding softwoods such as chipboard and MDF, as well as cork, plasterboard, polystyrene and cardboard. It is thick and elastic, and resists vibration and impact. It is classified as D1 according to EN 12004.
It can also be used on large surfaces, such as press-fitted frames, polystyrene or cork boards, and melamine-faced chipboard. Apply an even coat to both surfaces using a brush or roller. For large surfaces, it can be diluted with up to 5% water. Join the parts to be bonded within 5–10 minutes and press them for 4–8 hours, depending on the humidity and temperature of the room. The surfaces can be subjected to stress after 24 hours. Application is not recommended at temperatures below +8 °C; while the adhesive is still wet, the temperature must not fall below +4 °C. Remove fresh residue with a clean, damp cloth or sponge.
