The reason I am taking off one star is because the metal edges are somewhat sharp, so you need to be careful when carrying and cleaning it. Other than that, quite satisfied with the grilling.

Very poor build quality, sorry to say. Bad finishing, cheap plastics that even cut you, and the cherry on top: 3X1.0mm cable (max 1000w that is) for 2500 Watt! The limit for the next cable, the 3x1.5, is 2300 Watt... Yes, I know, it's small but you should never use 1mm for 2500w!! I think you've surpassed every obstacle for cheap material, right? I haven't even tried to grill, I'm afraid! At least send us a 3x2.5mm cable because this won't end well... Also, the heating element is way too close to the grill, it almost touches! Unacceptable!

It didn't last even a year because the resistance broke, meaning Kapatos hit rock bottom. It's a shame because it seemed well-made, but the resistance is of low quality.

The grill is not stainless... it is chrome-plated and during the first cooking, pieces of the chrome came off... Also, it does not mention anywhere on the packaging or in the booklet inside that it is chrome-plated... What should have been stainless is not....

I have had it for a year, it has a dense resistance and most importantly, it doesn't have a thermostat to cut off the temperature, you just place it on top. I put aluminum foil at the bottom and water, so it doesn't get dirty easily and it doesn't produce smoke, just a little. In the photos, I have grilled kids and lamb, the taste is very close to that of charcoal. Very satisfied

I don't know how long it will last over time... if it lasts... everything is perfect.... I will update....
After 1 year and a few grillings, the heating element burned out and caught fire, with a very high risk of both fire and electric shock. The downside, in my opinion of course, is that the metal rod used to support the heating element in the grill tray is welded onto the element and cannot be washed... unlike others I had before where it wasn't attached to the element.... So, with use, burnt oils and other residues accumulate and it's only a matter of time before it catches fire, with the risk of a serious accident because let's not forget we're dealing with electricity

Satisfactory cooking surface although I would like it to be a little bigger for our family of four.
I have only cooked meat, it cooks relatively quickly thanks to the 2500w it has.
Decent construction for the money I bought it for, at 32 euros.
Cleans fairly easily.
The only thing it lacks is a thermostat.

I grilled on the balcony, a relatively thick kokoretsi, 40 cm in length and weighing more than 2kg, diagonally on the grill. I covered it with aluminum foil for 2 hours. It came out amazing, like it was cooked on charcoal. Very good first experience. Simple, sturdy construction. Good power. Large grilling surface with quality and thick grill. Contributes to good grilling. Easy to clean and store. Comparable, if not better than similar, well-known German and French brands. I hope it will last for years and not have any power leaks.

Very large cooking surface and the resistance covers the entire surface! For the first time, I didn't have to move the meat back and forth to cook everywhere!! It goes in the dishwasher too! Perfect!!

The best grill by far from the rest, as many as I had bought in the second or third year the resistance would break, I have had this one for a decade and it still works

I have one from the same company purchased twenty years ago. It is as good as new. Hundreds of grilling sessions, even on snow. Its enamel hasn't suffered any damage. It grills everything, except for lamb meat which requires charcoal. For me, the best company for this product. The fact that it doesn't have a roaster doesn't matter at all. The grilling surface is fully covered, something that many grills from other companies don't do. The meats are cooked quickly and evenly. You can grill fish perfectly, even chestnuts! It's very easy to clean and has a deep tray so you don't have to constantly fill it with water.

I bought it mainly because it has one of the largest cooking surfaces. It cooks relatively quickly compared to other grills I've had in the past. It is easy to clean with a stainless steel base. The quality of the construction of the resistance attachment to the base is so-so... Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

I almost didn't buy it because of the comments, but the grill is awesome, powerful, practical. Anyone who has had another and knows about electric grills, when they see it, they'll get ittttt. Dense heating element across the whole surface, large, everything is removable and washable, the expensive ones have nothing on this. Those only fit 2 steaks with a sparse element. Get it nooow. If the company could fix one thing to make it perfect... it has a vertical iron wire tied to the element that supports it on the grill. It needs two of those because over time the element tilts, causing the meat to cook more on one side. Thank you, I hope I was heard

The Roller BBQ INOX 18/10 2500W grill, which I received, is not actually 2,500 watts as stated in its specifications and on the packaging box, but it operates at around 2,150 watts! From the first day I bought it until today, which is about 4-5 weeks, I have contacted the Roller KAPPATOS Factory in Aulonas several times by phone, asking them if all the grills are like this or if there is a problem with mine, and requesting them to send me a replacement resistor. They keep telling me that Mr. K. himself needs to deal with it and check the others he has in his warehouse, but he never has the opportunity to do so!
