While the shredder generally does its job well, it has broken down on me twice. The first time it stopped turning on, even though I had only used it three times (and had turned it off properly). They replaced it for me as it was probably faulty. Now it has a terrible paper jam, which happened during its maintenance, with the special oil sheet provided by the company! As soon as I set it to reverse (according to the instructions), it pushed various papers upwards and then stopped taking in the papers I put in. Although the blades seem to be moving, nothing happens. Very good quality, in the end.

Very good! However, if you put 3-4 sheets together, it jams and to unjam it is quite a process. So, I recommend it, but ideally for putting in up to 2 sheets at a time. I don't know if I would buy it again.

It does its job without problems. Do not put more than 5 sheets, it may jam. It needs oiling every 1-2 months with daily use.

Not suitable for office use. It broke down after 20 months of use. It only had a 1-year warranty and is not covered. From the official service in Germany (WSG), we were told that we should have inserted up to 4 or 6 pages (even though the limit is 8) and use it for a maximum of 4 minutes every hour, as more use heats it up and burns the plastic gears.

Very good product. Good construction. Works perfectly. I haven't loaded it with many pages at once, of course, but up to 4 it is excellent. It destroys credit cards perfectly as well. It shreds everything into small pieces (not strips). You can also use it in reverse mode to remove paper pieces that have remained in the shredding cylinder. 3 months of flawless operation.

Quite a good machine and relatively quiet. I had an older shredder that made quite a noise, so the upgrade was indeed a quality upgrade. The comment refers to about 2 months of use.

I have had it for 3 months with daily quite a bit of use and it does a very good job. Easy to use with very good results.

Mediocre as it "clogs" very easily. For home use and small workspace it is okay. It is not for large volume unless you oil it very often.

Initially, I have had the shredder in my hands for 10 days now, it is one of the beautiful shredders if that counts for something.
Positives:
- It easily destroys 8 pages, maybe it could handle 10 but they don't fit through the slot.
- It destroys cards (credit cards, etc.) perfectly fine.
- Although not recommended, I have put stapled pages without any issue.
- It is one of the quietest ones I have worked with in this price range (household, small business).
- So far, it has not given me any overheating notifications even though I used it for almost 1 hour with short breaks on the first day without any problem (HP says 4' continuously and then 1 hour break).
- It is relatively fast for cross-cut.
- It reads the page immediately in automatic mode without any problems.
- Large bin (15 liters).
Negatives:
- Currently, I don't have any except for the expensive oil (A5 glues with lubrication) from HP, I think it's around €15 with shipping for 12 pages.

1 month of operation works very well quietly, it looks very high quality, it will show in practice for the above money

Value for money as it is beautiful, the motor does not make noise when it works and it is generally easy to use. A big plus are the wheels.

The bin is huge, you forget to empty it if you don't have a big flow. Apart from that, I would characterize the result of the destruction as smaller than confetti.

If you want to give something extra to your budget, it is worth its money.

Awesome machine, silent, fast, and high-quality. No comparison with the no-name ones that get destroyed after the first heavy use.

For my office, it is sufficient to destroy about 6 sheets each time so that it does not get stuck and it has a large bin for waste! Overall, I am satisfied!
