It is a 1/4" 5-25Nm torque wrench for small torque screws like oil filter, thermostat, etc. that require low twist... look... for me, on the third day of use (not continuous - it may have been a month) and after a total of about 30 measurements, it broke (it didn't click)... prefer branded companies (this one has no brand on it)... fortunately, they accepted the return though
