The Clage DSX 18-27 Touch Twin instantaneous water heater heats water electronically and is designed for central, three-phase installation. Electronic control adjusts the output according to the temperature and flow rate of the incoming water, ensuring that the selected temperature remains constant. The temperature can be set from 20 °C to 60 °C using the touch controls and is shown on the LCD.

The touchscreen includes a user menu with profiles, temperature presets, water and electricity consumption statistics, and cost calculations. A remote control is included, and the unit can also be operated via smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth and WLAN, as well as via Alexa. The water heater can be connected in series with a solar system or boiler, making use of preheated water.
