Users report that it effectively waterproofs and covers cracks, and is considered easy to apply. It is used on roof tiles, chimneys, flat roofs, and concrete surfaces, with several noting that it prevented leaks even in heavy rain. However, some point out that its long-term durability has yet to be confirmed.

  • It sealed leaks in the metal roof tiles where the chimneys passed through, and elsewhere too. With the first diluted coat, before I had a chance to apply the second, the weather turned stormy and not a drop got through. For 10 years I tried to fix the leaks, even with very expensive products, and nothing worked. Now, how long it will last once I apply the second coat remains to be seen. Very good and economical....

  • It is very good. I put it around the chimney and on the tiles around there and not a drop got in during heavy rains. If you can, apply two coats.

  • It solved cracks in the tiles and cement of the roof where water was entering the house!! Easy to use with a thick brush. If you apply this elastomeric on the edges where there is cement that has started to crack, not a drop will enter the house... and let the professionals ask for thousands for repairs.. 2 years have passed since the application of the product and we are moving forward..
