The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no hot water storage tank. It operates with electricity and is single-phase.
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the resistance, heats up, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the cold water inlet should not be too low.

It was installed in an office where there is no water heater, and I regret not having put it in earlier, as during the winter I couldn't wash my hands or a glass due to the freezing water. It is a perfect solution, although it could be better in its implementation. The design is very beautiful, and I have no complaints about the quality so far. However, the flow, as others have written, is quite weak. But the heating of the water works immediately. The handling is just awkward, and all the manuals I found seemed like they were written with feet! When you move the lever down, it produces cold water, and when you move it up, it produces hot. But the "secret" to avoid getting scalded is that the higher you move the lever, the more cold water enters the mix. In other words, at first, it only provides hot water, the temperature of which gradually rises, and you have to raise the lever even more to make it lukewarm. The indication, as far as I understand, does not refer to the temperature of the water coming out of the tap after mixing, but to the temperature that has reached the heating element.

Η δε ένδειξη απ' ό,τι έχω καταλάβει, δεν αφορά τη θερμοκρασία του νερού που βγαίνει από τη βρύση μετά την μίξη, αλλά τη θερμοκρασία που έχει φτάσει στην αντίσταση.
Although a unique product on the market, with a small size and a good initial idea, it needs improvement in practice: The plug needs to be detachable from the cable in order to fit through the hole in the kitchen counter, the water flow is very low and tiresome or (equivalently) the water conversion is very weak, the lever works up and down instead of side to side which is counterintuitive, and the temperature control is somewhat unpredictable in some (few) cases. Finally, the device burned out after a month of use, but this may be due to the fact that I had to cut and reconnect the cable (to fit the plug through the hole in the counter), although the chances of this being the cause are minimal. Excellent idea, needs improvement.

Μετά απο 8 μήνες λειτουργίας έσβησε η οθόνη θερμοκρασίας. Το ζεστό σε πολύ μικρή ροή του νερού.
It was installed in an office where there is no water heater, and I regret not having put it in earlier, as during the winter I couldn't wash my hands or a glass due to the freezing water. It is a perfect solution, although it could be better in its implementation. The design is very beautiful, and I have no complaints about the quality so far. However, the flow, as others have written, is quite weak. But the heating of the water works immediately. The handling is just awkward, and all the manuals I found seemed like they were written with feet! When you move the lever down, it produces cold water, and when you move it up, it produces hot. But the "secret" to avoid getting scalded is that the higher you move the lever, the more cold water enters the mix. In other words, at first, it only provides hot water, the temperature of which gradually rises, and you have to raise the lever even more to make it lukewarm. The indication, as far as I understand, does not refer to the temperature of the water coming out of the tap after mixing, but to the temperature that has reached the heating element.
Τοποθετήθηκε σε γραφείο όπου δεν υπάρχει θερμοσίφωνας και μετάνιωσα που δεν την έβαλα νωρίτερα και τον χειμώνα δεν μπορούσα να πλύνω τα χέρια ή ένα ποτήρι λόγω του παγωμένου νερού. Είναι τέλεια λύση, αν και θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη στην υλοποίησή της. Ο σχεδιασμός είναι πολύ όμορφος και δεν έχω παράπονο ούτε από την ποιότητα προς το παρόν. Η ροή όμως, όπως έγραψαν και άλλοι, είναι αρκετά αδύναμη. Αλλά η θέρμανση του νερού λειτουργεί άμεσα. Απλά ο χειρισμός είναι δυσνότηος και όσα εγχειρίδια βρήκα ήταν σαν να τα έγραψαν με τα πόδια! Όταν κινείς τη βάνα προς τα κάτω βγάζει κρύο νερό και όταν την κινείς προς τα πάνω βγάζει ζεστό. Αλλά το "μυστικό" προκειμένου να μην ζεματιστείς είναι ότι όσο πιο πάνω κινείς τον μοχλό τόσο περισσότερο κρύο νερό μπαίνει στη μίξη. Δηλαδή στην αρχή δίνει μόνο ζεστό νερό , του οποίου η θερμοκρασία ανεβαίνει σταδιακά και πρέπει να ανεβάσεις και άλλο τον μοχλό για να το κάνεις χλιαρό. Η δε ένδειξη απ' ό,τι έχω καταλάβει, δεν αφορά τη θερμοκρασία του νερού που βγαίνει από τη βρύση μετά την μίξη, αλλά τη θερμοκρασία που έχει φτάσει στην αντίσταση.
Although a unique product on the market, with a small size and a good initial idea, it needs improvement in practice: The plug needs to be detachable from the cable in order to fit through the hole in the kitchen counter, the water flow is very low and tiresome or (equivalently) the water conversion is very weak, the lever works up and down instead of side to side which is counterintuitive, and the temperature control is somewhat unpredictable in some (few) cases. Finally, the device burned out after a month of use, but this may be due to the fact that I had to cut and reconnect the cable (to fit the plug through the hole in the counter), although the chances of this being the cause are minimal. Excellent idea, needs improvement.
Αν και μοναδικό προϊόν στην αγορά, με μικρό μέγεθος και μια καλή αρχική ιδέα, στην πράξη θέλει βελτίωση: Η πρίζα πρέπει να είναι αποσπώμενη από το καλώδιο για να χωράει να περάσει από την τρύπα του πάγκου της κουζίνας, η ροή του νερού είναι πολύ μικρή και κουράζει ή (ισοδύναμα) η μετατροπή του νερού είναι πολύ αδύναμη, ο λεβιές δουλεύει πάνω κάτω αντί πέρα δόθε που είναι αντιδιαισθητική κίνηση και ο έλεγχος θερμοκρασίας λίγο απρόβλεπτος σε κάποιες (λίγες) περιπτώσεις. Τέλος, η συσκευή κάηκε μετά από ένα μήνα χρήσης αλλά αυτό μπορεί να οφείλεται στο ότι έπρεπε να κόψω και να επανασυνδέσω το καλώδιο (για να περάσει απο την τρύπα του πάγκου η πρίζα) αν και οι πιθανότητες να είναι αυτή η αιτία είναι ελάχιστες. Εξαιρετική ιδέα, χρειάζεται βελτίωση.
Very good choice for places where installing a water heater is difficult. Personally, I have installed it in a restaurant bar and I can say that I am quite satisfied. It reaches high water temperatures in 5 seconds and has good build quality, just make sure to open it fully so that the water is not too hot
Πολύ καλή επιλογή για μέρη που η εγκατάσταση θερμοσίφωνα είναι δύσκολη.
Προσωπικά την έχω εγκαταστήσει σε μπαρ εστιατορίου και μπορώ να πω πως έχω μείνει αρκετά ευχαριστημένος.
Σε 5 δευτερόλεπτα πιάνει υψηλές θερμοκρασίες νερού και είναι καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής, απλά για να μην είναι πολύ καυτό το νερό πρέπει να την ανοίξεις τέρμα
Heats up the water very quickly, but it only has hot or cold. It cannot mix the water to adjust the temperature... I bought it to wash the baby locally... sometimes the water is too hot and the baby cannot tolerate it! I happened to put it abruptly from hot to cold twice because it was too hot, and it burned the water even more (even though it was cold), resulting in irritation to the baby...
Ζεσταίνει υπέρ γρήγορα το νερό, αλλά έχει ή ζεστό (καυτό) ή κρύο. Δεν μπορεί να κάνει μίξη του νερού για να ρυθμίσεις τη θερμοκρασία… το πήρα για να πλένω τοπικά το μωρό… κάποιες φορές είναι πολύ ζεστό το νέτο και δεν το ανέχεται! Μου έτυχε και 2 φορές να το βάλω απότομα από το ζεστό στο κρύο γιατί ήταν πολύ ζεστό και εκεί έκαψε ακόμα περισσότερο το νερό (παρά ότι ήταν στο κρύο) με αποτέλεσμα να ερεθίσει το μωρό….
