A feature of the model is the rings that work with the follow-focus system, as well as the aperture ring that rotates smoothly. These modifications allow for precise and silent adjustment of focus and depth of field during filming.

The Samyang 14 mm T3.1 ED AS IF UMC VDSLR II - Sony E lens is designed to work with cameras that have a full-frame sensor as well as an APS-C type sensor. Its optical construction is based on 14 elements in 10 optical groups. The lens is equipped with an ED type lens, two aspherical elements - one hybrid and one standard.
