The kettle does not stop operating at the end of the timer, it only gives a very low volume beep, so you have to be very close to hear it and turn it off. The timer switch is loose so you never really know what position it is in.
Ο βραστήρας δεν σταματά να λειτουργεί με το τέλος του χρόνου, παρά μόνο δίνει ένα ηχητικό σήμα πολύ χαμηλής έντασης, οπότε πρέπει να βρίσκεσαι πολύ κοντά για το ακούσεις και να τον κλείσεις. Ο διακόπτης του χρονόμετρου παίζει οπότε ποτέ δεν ποτέ δεν ξέρεις σε ποιά θέση βρίσκεται.
It is big compared to other devices, and this makes it slow. The plastics inside broke... I wouldn't call it a German product

I chose this specific one because it is one of the few with a timer. Overall, it works very well and the timer it has is indeed reliable in terms of boiling time for the egg. The only problem I encountered is that the water "container" that boils is quite shallow, resulting in the need for refilling (because the water evaporates) for hard-boiled eggs. It constantly requires refilling, of course, because it leaves quite a bit of residue.

It has a timer, something that is missing from most similar products, and it beeps when the eggs are ready.
The timing is perfect and it achieves the desired level of boiling.
I have not noticed any leaks or any other malfunctions during use.
It is recommended.
