Waking up in my sleep and having a cough to the point where I couldn't sleep, when I drank this particular syrup after a few minutes everything would pass... I haven't checked now if it has more sugar or anything else... What I know is that I paid once and found my peace with my problem..!!     I got this specific product while I had a fever of 39 degrees Celsius with a productive cough, and I bought it because I had no other choice. It did nothing to reduce the cough or phlegm. Additionally, two days after recovering from the fever, I realized that the product contains 60% sugar, honey, and lemon, and the recommended dosage is 10ml three times a day. This means they are suggesting that people consume 30 grams of sugar every day in liquid form! More than three cans of Coca-Cola... Also, nowhere does it state that the product is not suitable for diabetics... I wonder why it is allowed to be sold on the market
