    I bought it after my doctor recommended I get such a product for the external tendinitis I have in my elbow. After 4 months of use, I can say that when you are working it does some job and you don't feel the pain as much. But when you take it off, the pain returns. After 4 months I haven't seen any improvement in my elbow, and the elastic has also started to wear out as you will see in the photo, but without affecting the ability to wear it for now. For me, it didn't work. I saw no improvement. Average product. I wouldn't buy it again.
