For a year now, he has been wearing it during games and training sessions purely as a supportive and protective measure, while also doing strengthening and proprioceptive exercises as needed. Being a physical therapist, I have to say that it really does what we expected and is resistant to demanding training sessions and games. It's worth every penny!
