The Microplane 34019 cheese grater has five different stainless steel blades for fine, coarse and extra-coarse grating, ribbon cutting and zesting. The blades are photo-etched and made in the USA. Its dimensions are 27 × 8 × 27 cm.

The removable tray collects grated ingredients, while the transparent window on both sides has measurement markings up to 600 ml. The handle and rubber feet provide a stable grip while grating. The grater is dishwasher-safe, but the reusable protective cover is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
