The Phat Cat™ is a full-sized single-coil P-90 designed in a humbucker "package." It easily installs into any guitar with the corresponding humbucker magnet slots. The sound is rich and thick. It uses two Alnico 2 magnets that provide better sustain and a smoother attack. The metal covers offer better shielding and noise reduction compared to standard plastic soapbar covers.
