General usage/maintenance instructions for Cookware:

  • Before using the product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry it carefully.
  • Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly. It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick cookware.
  • Do not use "cooking spray" as the thin layer can burn at very low temperatures, leaving residue that destroys the non-stick properties.
  • Select the appropriate burner size that is close to the diameter of the cookware and center it over the heat source.
  • It is recommended to use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C, to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
  • Do not cook fatty foods to the point of burning or charring.
  • Avoid using sharp cooking utensils and do not cut inside the cookware. Use wooden, plastic, or silicone tools.
  • Store the cookware carefully to keep the internal non-stick coating intact.
  • Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
  • Check that the handles are secure and well fastened before use.
  • Clean by hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent.
  • If using a dishwasher, prefer soft detergents and economical cycles.
  • Do not use abrasive and corrosive products, powdered cleaners, or oven cleaning products.
  • After each wash, rub the pan with a few drops of oil.
  • Warning: Do not overheat the cookware when it is empty.
