Description & Specifications

The Pedrini Infinity Rock Dark espresso maker brews up to 2 cups of espresso and is sized for lungo and freddo. It is made from food-grade aluminium in accordance with EN 601 and features a powder-coated finish with circular details around the water chamber. The handle and knob are made from heat-resistant material, and their teardrop shape makes them easy to grip.

The base is suitable for induction and ceramic stovetops, and the espresso maker can withstand temperatures of up to 260 °C. To prepare coffee, fill the water chamber with water up to the valve and add coffee to the filter without tamping. Place the espresso maker on a low-heat stovetop and close the lid when the coffee starts to brew; turn off the heat once brewing is complete.
