The FC410LI Line Isolation Unit is designed for use in the FireClass addressable loop control panel. It monitors the status of the loop and, when it detects a short circuit, isolates the affected section while allowing the rest of the addressable loop to operate normally.

The purpose of the FC410LI Line Isolation Unit is to ensure that in a looped addressable system, no short circuit fault can disable more detection devices than would be lost in a conventional non-addressable fire loop.
