Excellent, it has saved us. I don't know why they say it doesn't hold the child's head, it holds my 4-year-old daughter's head perfectly fine. I don't tie it like in the photo, but I tie it on the outside. Fantastic and sturdy, my daughter loves it and sleeps perfectly.
