It is a complete fake machine. Basically, it is a fan with a casing and 4 buttons. I did not buy the TNS clone (which is almost half the price) because of the issue with the filters. Unfortunately, I found only one filter inside the Telco, 2 in 1, instead of the three that are mentioned. I don't think this filter is even EPA certified, luckily it is cheap. I will update after using it to see if it does the job. For those looking for filters for TNS, the Telco filter is 30X26 cm. But personally, I would recommend going for at least a XIAOMI to have certifications and to be sure if you are allergic or if you want it for small children.
