The colorings of the contacts inside the one I received were wrong (the black-yellow ones were reversed). I put them correctly and it works fine.
Also, be aware that this, as it comes, is meant to take ONE input and simply divide it into two outlets. It cannot take two different inputs (e.g. phone and router after a splitter). The two outputs are bridged together. It can be modified but it requires rewiring.
