    It accurately measures weight, but only that. If you step on it 2 or 3 consecutive times, it usually shows the same result, with a possible weight deviation of 100 grams and depending on other measurements. However, the other measurements are not precise. For example, I weighed myself two consecutive days, with a careful diet, but I had fluid retention. It showed 1 kilo more, which was expected, but it also showed that out of that, 800 grams were fat, only 100 grams were fluids, and the other 100 grams were muscle tissue (I calculated them based on the percentages it showed). It is good for long-term comparison measurements, for large weight fluctuations, but not for small ones. It is also stated in the instructions for use.

    It only shows the weight and correctly every time you try. Besides that, you have to pray for it to measure the percentage of fat, etc... It does it once, then it doesn't do it again... If someone else gets on it after you to weigh themselves, it will only show the weight... I returned it the same day I bought it
