The instructions are simple: First, wet the bristles of the boobambrush, then open a boobam booster capsule directly onto the bristles of the brush, and then, start brushing until the powder turns into a thick black paste. Continue for at least 5 minutes. Repeat the process for 3 consecutive days and then repeat once a month to keep your teeth bright!

If you prefer, you can mix a boobam booster capsule with your toothpaste to give it the desired flavor, but this may reduce the effect of the activated charcoal.
