Key features:
Made from flexible NBR foam for increased shock absorption. Moisture-resistant and with a non-slip surface for better grip.
See Description & SpecificationsIt has enough thickness so that you don't feel like you're touching the floor, however for more active exercises, it kept moving out of place, hence the -2 stars.
Also, its length might actually be longer than I would have liked, but that's my fault, not the mat's :P
Very good and convenient exercise mat. We use it for yoga and it is of excellent quality.
