Instead, buy a better video camera or a Mirrorless-DLSR Camera like the Sony ZV-E10 (a very good but expensive choice) and use it as a web camera. You will have much better image quality than any web camera. It is also good to know that web cameras usually have lower image quality compared to mobile phone cameras.
