It does not provide the expected cooling that I need. It may be because it is summer and the difference may not be so noticeable! I am not satisfied

The product description does not match its actual function. While the description states a noise level of 25.1dB, in reality, after measurement, the noise during operation is almost twice as loud. The construction of the frame is good, although the corners could be less sharp. There is no significant difference in temperature.

With the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop, after 2 hours of gaming with Red Dead Redemption 2, I reached around 70 degrees Celsius on the GPU. With this base, I reached 56.

I have it for about 1.5 years. Dog!! The 4 doors it has work perfectly. It collects a little dust but it is very easy to clean with blowing. It is the 4th one I change and I am completely satisfied. One of the computers I work on it is a fryer and yet it has no issues. Only negative: it is a bit heavy due to its construction, compared to previous plastic ones.

Excellent base, good value for money. Another one I bought with a knob for cooling adjustment broke shortly after. This one has a button and is permanently activated at maximum, I definitely prefer it along with the 3 peripheral inputs it has. It keeps the laptop cool to a satisfactory degree.

It has sharp angles that have not been properly designed. In one day of use, I got cut twice. Otherwise, it is relatively quiet and does its job, you just need stitches.

A very good product for its price, the only negative thing is that it's not as quiet! Since I own a MacBook Pro which is almost always silent, when I open the cooler, the increase in noise intensity is noticeable in the room! Nevertheless, it does its job perfectly fine!!!

It has been installed on a 17" laptop, it does not cover the entire base but this is not a problem since its fans lower the temperature as needed. This specific laptop has a problem with its internal fan, it is an HP Pavilion, and although I had significant overheating issues (I used to clean it twice a year), for about a year now it has no issues.

Excellent market for anyone interested. I have a 17-inch HP Laptop almost 10 years old and despite being worn out, it had temperature issues. Not anymore! The two fans are doing an amazing job, I can't remember the last time my laptop felt this cool! The noise is not exactly noise, it's more like a hum, which you eventually get used to and don't notice anymore.

I have had this specific stand for 2 years and it is the best stand purchase I have made. Besides the fact that it has lasted longer than previous stands I have had, it also provides a USB hub, so you have 2 additional USB ports for data transfer or charging something else like wireless headphones. It is made of metal and has 2 large fans, which equals incredible cooling. Additionally, as a student, I do a lot of back and forth between the city where I study and my hometown, and overall it has taken a lot of beating and banging, yet it is still fully functional. In case it breaks, I would buy it again without a second thought.

Personally, I don't find it noisy and one should keep in mind that whoever gets it, it is quite heavy (around 1 kilogram, I might be exaggerating), which is expected due to the metal. Lastly, it covers a 15.6-inch laptop from edge to edge compared to a stand that is for 15.6-inch laptops.

I don't know if it happened with this specific piece, but the noise is terrible.

I ordered a different type, the N80RGB, which is really quiet

Sturdy and well-made construction. One of the reasons I bought it was the 3 USB ports it offers, of which 2 are in permanent use.
As a MacBook owner, instead of getting a USB hub, I preferred this 2-in-1 option.

It does make some noise, to be honest, but it has effective cooling. When I have it open during video conferences, there is some noise. However, you can still use the ports when the MacBook is connected to the fan, but choose to keep the fan closed.

I got the base for an old HP G6 laptop, which was given to me because they considered it trash, where the temperature was playing around 80-85 degrees. I had already upgraded its memory (8GB) and its hard drive to an SSD. Even though it was working faster and had been upgraded, I decided to help it a bit more with this base. Indeed, now it operates at 60-65 degrees! The noise is noticeable but nothing significant! Anyway, it works relatively little, only when the little one has her online classes (due to the convenient built-in camera) and when we use it as a music player! During our vacations, however, it performed perfectly and effortlessly (music, videos, downloading, photo backup). The base is of good quality but I have no opinion on any other! (the 3 USB ports are useful for this laptop). I never had a laptop before! I always built towers...

I have had it for almost 3 years. Absolutely satisfied, impeccable build quality! The only negative is the noticeable noise, although it is understandable because the fans do a good job.

I have it for over 2 years and it's simply perfect! It always stays frozen and it's relatively easy to clean from dust!

It is what it says, minimal noise, quality construction (aluminum body), maintains a temperature below 15 degrees Celsius which does not exceed 70 degrees Celsius, average operating temperature of 55 degrees. I use the HP/Compaq nw8440 Workstation.

A gaming laptop with a 15.6-inch display is coming soon. It has a classic metal fan base, which is of high quality. The best part is that it has 3 available ports (out of the total of 4) that function as additional ports for the laptop. It's like connecting to one of the laptop's ports. I don't know if all of them do this, but my old base only provided charging

I bought this particular laptop about 2 months ago. It has very good build quality, it is quiet (I can barely tell that it's running), sturdy, and my laptop sits comfortably on it. I haven't encountered any issues using it for more than 12 hours a day.

It was purchased for a 15-inch laptop, which comfortably sits on the base, I assume it will also fit a 17-inch. Quality construction, no comparison to the other plastics. Plus, it has rails to release hot air. However, the negative is that it does not have a speed controller, only an on/off button. The stated airflow did not seem sufficient to me, it may be the total airflow of both fans and not the airflow of each one.

The best thing for a 17" laptop!
Full aluminum construction (it's heavy, but it will be on a desk so I don't care)
The fans do a pretty good job, they're not silent, but it would be very difficult to achieve that level of intensity.

I had a cheap plastic stand all this time, but this has nothing to do with it.
