I had a warranty and they replaced it with a new one from the company... Unfortunately, now again almost a year after the replacement, it has the same problem again... Με ένα μοτέρ στα watt αυτά δεν θα έπρεπε χαλάει τόσο εύκολα θεωρώ... Απογοητεύτηκα γιατί πίστευα πως είναι μια καλή επιλογή...

Για ελαφριά χρήση μόνο ενδείκνυται. Σε ζύμη για τσουρέκια σε διπλή δόση ( κοντά στα 3,5 κιλά ) υπερθερμάνθηκε και έσβησε για 20 λεπτά περίπου. Μετά ξεκίνησε πάλι , χώρισα τις ζύμες και ολοκλήρωσε την παρασκευή με μεγάλη δυσκολία. Υπερθερμαινόταν συνέχεια με αποτέλεσμα να το κλείνω ανά 2-3 λεπτά για να κρυώσει. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι κινεζική, άλλωστε ο κάδος είναι τόσο λεπτός που αν τον πιέσεις πολύ μπορεί να παραμορφωθεί. Στα ίδια χρήματα υπάρχουν πιο αξιόπιστες επιλογές. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα παρά μόνο για ελαφριά χρήση

Με έχει βολέψει απόλυτα,! Από την πρώτη χρήση, καταλαβαίνεις ότι μιλάμε για δυνατή συσκευή που δεν κολλάει πουθενά.
Το μπολ είναι από τα πιο άνετα που έχω δουλέψει. Φτιάχνεις χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη ζύμη για τσουρέκια, κέικ για όλη την οικογένεια ή αφράτη σαντιγί για γλυκά. Η πλανητική κίνηση κάνει τη διαφορά. Όλα ανακατεύονται τέλεια, χωρίς να μένει τίποτα στα τοιχώματα.
Στην εμφάνιση, είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακή. Το λαμπερό κόκκινο χρώμα τραβάει αμέσως το βλέμμα και δίνει χρώμα στον πάγκο. Έχει compact σχεδιασμό, και οι διαστάσεις της είναι πολύ βολικές. Με εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα στην αποθήκευση καθώς χωράει άνετα σε ντουλάπι.
Το σετ με τα εξαρτήματα είναι πλήρες: γάντζος για ζύμες, αναδευτήρας, αβγοδάρτης και προστατευτικό καπάκι για το μπολ για να μη φεύγουν υλικά παντού. Είναι σταθερή στον πάγκο χάρη στην αντιολισθητική βάση, και το καθάρισμα της είναι πανεύκολο.
Φτιάξαμε παραδοσιακά τσουρέκια και κουραμπιέδες, χωρίς να δυσκολευτούμε πουθενά.
Για τα τσουρέκια, το ζύμωμα ήταν παιχνιδάκι και η διαφορά φάνηκε στο τελικό αποτέλεσμα: η σωστή ανάμειξη των υλικών δημιούργησε τις επιθυμητές “ίνες” που αναζητάμε σε ένα καλό τσουρέκι.
Όσο για τους κουραμπιέδες, το χτύπημα του βουτύρου έγινε ακριβώς όπως έπρεπε ,αφράτο και λείο, κάτι που μας έδωσε τελικά κουραμπιέδες που έλιωναν στο στόμα και κρατούσαν τέλεια τη μορφή τους στο ψήσιμο.
Είναι μία προσεγμένη συσκευή, με πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής, που κάνει τη δουλειά της σωστά και άνετα. Αν ψάχνεις κάτι δυνατό, άνετο σε χωρητικότητα και λειτουργικό, δύσκολα θα βρεις κάτι καλύτερο σε αυτά τα χρήματα.

I bought this specific kitchen machine two years ago and I mainly use it for making bread for personal use, so... About a year in, it broke and could not knead... I had a warranty and they replaced it with a new one from the company... Unfortunately, now again almost a year after the replacement, it has the same problem again... With a motor at this wattage, I don't think it should break so easily... I am disappointed because I thought it was a good choice...
Αγόρασα την συγκεκριμένη κουζινομηχανη πριν 2 χρόνια και τη χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως για παρασκευή ψωμιού για προσωπική χρήση επομένως... Στον ένα χρόνο περίπου χάλασε και δεν μπορούσε να ζυμώσει... Είχα εγγύηση και μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση με μια καινούργια από την εταιρεία... Δυστυχώς τώρα πάλι σχεδόν μετά από ένα χρόνο από την αντικατάσταση πάλι το ίδιο πρόβλημα έβγαλε... Με ένα μοτέρ στα watt αυτά δεν θα έπρεπε χαλάει τόσο εύκολα θεωρώ... Απογοητεύτηκα γιατί πίστευα πως είναι μια καλή επιλογή...

διαβάζοντας προσεκτικά της οδηγίες στη θέση της ζύμης με το γάντζο δεν πρέπει να ξεπερνάει τα συγκεκριμένα γραμμάρια που λέει ο κατασκευαστής συνολικά και θα δουλέψει για πολλά χρόνια
It is only suitable for light use. In dough for tsoureki in a double dose (close to 3.5 kg) it overheated and turned off for about 20 minutes. Then it started again, I divided the doughs and completed the preparation with great difficulty. It kept overheating constantly, so I had to shut it down every 2-3 minutes to cool off. The build quality is Chinese, after all the bucket is so thin that if you press it too hard it can deform. There are more reliable options for the same money. I would not recommend it except for light use
Για ελαφριά χρήση μόνο ενδείκνυται. Σε ζύμη για τσουρέκια σε διπλή δόση ( κοντά στα 3,5 κιλά ) υπερθερμάνθηκε και έσβησε για 20 λεπτά περίπου. Μετά ξεκίνησε πάλι , χώρισα τις ζύμες και ολοκλήρωσε την παρασκευή με μεγάλη δυσκολία. Υπερθερμαινόταν συνέχεια με αποτέλεσμα να το κλείνω ανά 2-3 λεπτά για να κρυώσει. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι κινεζική, άλλωστε ο κάδος είναι τόσο λεπτός που αν τον πιέσεις πολύ μπορεί να παραμορφωθεί. Στα ίδια χρήματα υπάρχουν πιο αξιόπιστες επιλογές. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα παρά μόνο για ελαφριά χρήση

Μέχρι στιγμής μου έχει βγει καλό, το έχω ένα μήνα περίπου, έχω φτιάξει ζύμες αρκετές φορές και έχει βγει καλό το αποτέλεσμα. Έχει διάφορες ταχύτητες και είναι πολύ χρήσιμο αυτό, το αυξομειώνεις όσο και όποτε το θέλεις. Ο κάδος είναι αρκετά μεγάλος, χρηστικός, έχει καπάκι και ασφαλίζει ώστε να μην κουνιέται.

Για τα λεφτά της αρκετά καλή, αλλά το σημαντικό μειονέκτημα είναι το εξάρτημα που ζυμώνει δεν φτάνει μέχρι κάτω, χρειάζεται να την σταματάς και να το κάνεις με την σπάτουλα αλλά την αμέσως επόμενη στιγμή ξανακολάει στο κέντρο του κάδου, το ίδιο και στο βούτυρο όταν το χτυπάς μόνο του.

Everything mixes perfectly, without anything sticking to the sides.
In appearance, it is truly impressive. The shiny red color immediately catches the eye and adds color to the counter. It has a compact design, and its dimensions are very convenient. It particularly helped me with storage as it fits comfortably in a cupboard.
The set with the attachments is complete: dough hook, mixer, whisk, and protective lid for the bowl to prevent ingredients from flying everywhere. It is stable on the counter thanks to the non-slip base, and cleaning it is very easy.
We made traditional tsoureki and kourabiedes without any difficulty.
For the tsoureki, kneading was a breeze and the difference was evident in the final result: the proper mixing of the ingredients created the desired "fibers" we look for in a good tsoureki.
As for the kourabiedes, the beating of the butter was done exactly as it should be, fluffy and smooth, which ultimately gave us kourabiedes that melted in the mouth and held their shape perfectly during baking.
