Cleaning and maintenance of instruments:

• Clean and lubricate new instruments before the first sterilization.
• After use, disinfect, clean, lubricate, and sterilize the instruments as soon as possible.
• To be disinfected chemically, thermally, or immersed in a disinfectant and cleaning solution.
• Delicate instruments can also be sterilized in a UV irradiation oven.
• Rinse very carefully after cleaning, preferably with deionized water.
• Dry very well after washing.
• When lubrication is necessary, only use a lubricant based on paraffin oil.
• Follow the manufacturer's sterilization instructions for the oven closely.
• In the case of hot air sterilization, the temperature must exceed 180 degrees Celsius.
