- Applications of large thickness, filling of cracks, jointing, leveling, and plastering of existing or new masonry (brickwork, stonework, mixed, etc.)
- Local repairs on existing plasters
- Repairs (non-structural), reshaping & restoration of the cross-section of concrete elements with damages on horizontal or vertical surfaces. Filling of nests, small imperfections in corners and edges, creation and finishing of hollow edges (grooves), joints, and overlays.
- Suitable for use on load-bearing masonry before the application of the Inorganic Matrix Fiber System or other traditional masonry reinforcement methods
- Suitable for use as masonry construction mortar and as leveling mortar
- Suitable for use as plastering mortar with mesh embedding (Sika® Fibernet, 110gr/m2).
- Suitable as general-purpose mortar (type GP CS-IV, according to EN 998-1) for plasters in internal and external applications.
- Suitable for repair works (Principle 3, method 3.1 of EN 1504-9). Repair of crushed and damaged concrete in non-structural building applications
- Suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity (principle 7, method 7.2 of EN 1504-9). Increasing the thickness of the cover with additional mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete (for non-structural applications)
SikaRep®-200 Multi is a ready-to-use, multi-application, lightweight, fiber-reinforced cementitious mortar for repair, plastering, and filling of masonry according to EN 998-1, as well as for non-structural concrete repairs according to EN 1504-3.

Advantages
- Class R2 according to EN 1504-3
- General purpose mortar (GP), according to EN 998-1
- Ideal for thick applications - between 5mm and 60mm (per layer)
- Excellent workability, thixotropy, and finishing capability
- Good dimensional stability, does not sag even in thick applications
- Low modulus of elasticity: the product is compatible with masonry deformation - without detachment
- Suitable for non-structural local repairs in low to medium strength concrete, due to similar modulus of elasticity
- Reduced consumption thanks to its special lightweight composition
- Very good adhesion to porous substrates, such as bricks, natural stones, concrete, etc.
