So I have broken 2 attachments, but also be careful when removing and attaching it because the plastics are sensitive, I start to lose confidence in the company.. in the past with my previous machine I didn't have such problems, on the contrary, it was a beast!. I also had a previous Remington brand and I still have it for 9 years (I changed the batteries of course after 4 years of use) it works normally, I just wanted a newer, more modern model and I wasn't so satisfied. I liked the bag it has to put all the attachments and take it on trips.
