The hot milk froth does not fall evenly. There is foam on top and the milk underneath is liquid. I have tried to make both hot and cold chocolate but the result was not satisfactory. Also, when you wash it, the heated milk does not get cleaned. When it dries, you see white marks stuck on the inside

I have bought two. One lasted a year and the other 2 months. While they worked, they made good frothy milk but suddenly stopped. I do not recommend it.

The only negative for me is that when you add a little more milk to make more frothy milk for cappuccino, it comes out more watery. With less milk, the result is very good.

I have had it for over two years and I use it constantly. It hasn't suffered the slightest damage, it cleans easily and makes not only nice froth but also perfect chocolates! I had bought it along with an espresso machine which in the meantime has started to have problems. However, the frother is like new. If it breaks, I will get the same one again, unless by then they stop producing it.

Excellent at making froth milk, but after a year and a half of use, the non-stick coating under the frother has deteriorated. So now it's useless.

1 year now it is flawless. Warm frothed milk is amazing. You drink the double cappuccino and the foam has stayed. The chocolate is exactly at the temperature it should be. I haven't seen what it does in the cold. Always long-life milk with 3.5% fat for perfect frothed milk. I've only had it for 2 days, tested for hot froth milk in cappuccino.
It takes about 3 minutes to make the froth milk, so you start from there and during that time you prepare the espresso.
It doesn't have a wire circular attachment for froth milk like hand mixers or other similar devices, so it cleans very easily!
The milk doesn't stick, so it cleans with just plain water before you even put dish soap. It does have a non-stick coating, which has its negative implications for our health...
It comes with 3 attachments, 2 for froth milk and 1 for heating/chocolate (hidden at the bottom of the device's base).
It makes perfect froth milk... cream... not "soapy" with long-lasting milk, and you have a cappuccino better than store-bought!
Get a nice thermos for outside and you're ready!
I hope it lasts over time to justify its price!

Very mediocre compared to a similar machine from a well-known company. I go to make chocolate and what I notice is that it doesn't heat the milk very much.

Three months, daily use. Warm froth without bubbles like cream. in the smallest amount, for a cappuccino. I ended up with Delta mmm light, which doesn't leave a smell in the coffee. The barista is better, but I can't find him. If you don't put it immediately in the cup, because it re-forms milk, you put it for a few seconds in the cold (without heating).
Chocolate amazing with whole milk, it brings it to the right temperature so you don't burn yourself.
Over time I will return.

With the Novo milk, it's just fine... it needs a little quantity to make a good cream. For chocolate, we first put in the spoons and then the milk (it's written in the instructions)

What it says, it does. However, one important detail: NOT all milks make the same froth. There are some milks that no matter how long you shake the device, thick froth will never be made. I give it 1 star due to the outrageously high price of the product. I bought the device at a much lower price (which I still considered very expensive for what it is) and today when I saw where they have priced it, I was shocked. If I were to buy it today at this cost? No way. Quality/price ratio 2/10. It costs as much as a new espresso machine. In summary: A product that is very overpriced.

I had my reservations about buying this device. Nevertheless, I can say that it is the best for making frothy milk. It does take a while, but the result is very good. Better than the corresponding ones from Nespresso.

I bought this device because of the reviews and I really don't regret it! The froth milk is on par with professional machines. I have been using it daily for at least 2 times a day for 2 years and it hasn't broken at all. I prepare my coffee in a capsule machine, using medium intensity capsules (5) and I add the froth milk - the result for me is comparable to a professional machine. As for cleaning it, I wash it normally immediately after use so that it cleans better and more easily. For better cleaning of the part (whisk), I remove it from its base (gently pushing it upwards from its base) during washing.

The images do not do the device justice! It is a gem on the kitchen counter, and really very useful if you drink cappuccino, hot chocolate, or protein powder. It made me stop buying cappuccino outside as the frothed milk it makes is excellent every time, with any milk, even the lactose-free 1.5%. I love it!

Sturdy construction. It does what it promises. For now, I am making frothed milk for espresso and hot chocolate. To keep it functional for a long time after each use, I wash it with plain water, clean it by hand or with a clean cloth, and then I dry it. It remains like new. If it works satisfactorily for 2 years, I will consider it a worthwhile purchase, and if it breaks, I will buy it again.

I would like it to heat the milk more for the hot chocolate... I use NOVO go barista as well as Alpro BARISTA almond milk, the amount in the froth is definitely large in both cases, as for the construction, so far I haven't encountered any problems...

Simply perfect froth milk, creamy and thick, but it needs COLD MILK!!! And not plant-based milk under any circumstances... And for hot froth milk, it is a perfect machine...

Unfortunately, the frothing milk does not froth, it is only thick like cream. And in its hot function, it takes a long time to heat up.

I am excited! It makes very good frothy milk and also has a function for simply heating milk (which pleased me since we have no other way to heat milk). It holds a lot of quantity without spilling the frothy milk everywhere. If you want to make two drinks, one cold and one hot, start with the cold, as if you put the hot in first, the cold won't froth afterwards.

I bought it 3 years ago for 35€. I don't think I would have paid more. I use it for making chocolate drinks and it is very good for that

It really is the best purchase I have ever made.
It makes amazing frothy milk and hot and cold.
With the other attachment, without the teeth, it heats the milk just right and of course it does not burn it. I also make hot chocolate in the winter.

Best frother! I have bought several ones over the years some more expensive but they don’t even come close to the quality of froth this makes. Extremely easy to clean and delivers the perfect froth every time.

The best milk frother you can get! I had the Nespresso one and it made half water half foam and I didn't enjoy my coffee. I recommend it with closed eyes, it makes better froth than the Nespresso one! Also, because I had read the comments before buying it, some people were saying that it doesn't make hot milk with light milk, but I make it perfectly fine! It just takes about a minute instead of under a minute compared to the Nespresso one. It's very easy to clean, it doesn't stick, and it also makes super chocolate!

The best milk frother I have ever bought. It can't even be compared to much more expensive ones! Perfect froth every time! It doesn't even drip. We also make thick hot chocolate very often with excellent results! I highly recommend it!
