The Bose PowerShare PS404D installation power amplifier delivers 4 × 100 W and supports low-impedance 4–8 Ω or high-impedance 70/100 V operation on each output channel. PowerShare technology allows the total power of 400 W to be distributed asymmetrically across the outputs, while the Dual Feedback Loop system monitors current and voltage at each load, helping to ensure linearity and reduce distortion.

The built-in audio processor is configured via PowerShare Editor Configuration software, providing control over matrix mixing, crossover, delay, and output mute or polarity. Dante networking supports 4 channels, while the RJ45 connection allows the use of Bose ControlCenter CC-1 zone controllers.
