  • Very good grinder, I have it at home (white) with a Gaggia classic espresso machine, a strong set. It grinds even Greek coffee to a very fine grind if needed, with manual dose grinding and automatic with the seconds you set

The grinder is the best there is for the money. It doesn't envy anything, even more expensive grinders. With the guarantee of Eureka.

The mill is a real war machine. It is very heavy and sturdy. It cuts the coffee perfectly. Eureka mainly makes professional coffee grinders, so it has great experience in the necessary mechanics. Its gear is stepless, so you can adjust the grind with great precision. Overall, it is a high-quality machine that seems to have been well studied and is aimed at experienced individuals who want to experiment with making espresso at home, as the most important thing in espresso is the grind. You can easily see why it costs over 300 euros. Now, if your goal is just to make a morning espresso with a pressurized basket, don't waste your money and get a simpler grinder.

I preferred the Silenzio over the Specialita, which is a more famous model due to its cost. The only difference is that it does not have a digital display to adjust the grinding time (it is adjusted by a rotating button) and the grinder is 2mm wider in the specialita (it does not have any significant difference for home use).
