I put new batteries and out of the 50 times I touched it, it shocked me only twice. Normally, every time you touch it, it should give you a shock like the two times it was strong enough to make my finger numb. You don't even think about trying it again. I don't know what's happening. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
