He writes to 'save his soul' in a very interesting public confession that rarely holds back its words, while often revealing names. The fairy tale, the dealings, Turkey, India, the Netherlands as stations of use and trafficking, the entrance into the realm of illegality, the heavy sound of handcuffs followed by correctional employees, judges, psychiatrists, fellow inmates, visitors, informers, the mother, society... all pass through his pages with a unique immediacy and vividness.

At the same time, the thoughts that take the form of inventions, tricks, illusions, guilt, and sometimes a particularly critical awareness, tie the narrative into a cohesive and purposeful story. Not so much for the suffering he endured, not so much for the intrigue of the underworld and the attraction that evil generates, but for the hero's strength to not be subdued but to carve out his own independent path, for this narrative of a change of course that resembles a miracle, Dimitris Eleftheros's bulky book is considered very interesting.
