I give 4 stars for one reason. It is not convenient for the baby/child to face forward. It is a very good baby carrier for its price. We have taken trips and hikes in the mountains with it. It is very convenient for the baby/child to look at you, whether you have it in front of you or on your back. But if you want to have the child facing forward, choose something else.

Positives: You can easily wear it by yourself!
Negatives: You can't wash it even in a short cycle in the washing machine (15') as the designs faded. It says on the packaging that it can be hand washed. But how can all this be hand washed when it needs to be cleaned well to put a baby inside. Poor quality.
