Durostick KΞ3602 wood glue is a white, general-purpose, vinyl-based adhesive for bonding softwoods such as particleboard and MDF, as well as cork, plasterboard, polystyrene, and cardboard. Its thick, elastic formula withstands vibration and impact, making it suitable for large surfaces and for preparing cardboard packaging boxes. It is classified as D1 according to EN 12004.
Apply with a brush or roller in an even layer to both surfaces to be bonded. For large surfaces, dilute with up to 5% water. Join the parts within 5–10 minutes and press them together for 4–8 hours, depending on the humidity and temperature of the room. The surfaces can be subjected to stress after 24 hours. Application is not recommended below +8 °C. While the adhesive is still wet, the temperature must not fall below +4 °C. Clean wet residue with a damp cloth or sponge.
