    It keeps the coffee warm for 3-4 hours, not more. The thermometer, according to the instructions, operates with 2 watch batteries, but there is no way to open it to place them, nor does the manual mention anything. I tried in 1000 ways to open the thermometer to put batteries, but in vain.
    I consider the thermometer necessary if you use it in a buffet. If it is not resolved, I do not recommend buying it.
