after 18 months it started showing parallel lines on the screen. Then the screen was slow to turn on and eventually stopped turning on altogether. at 25 months samsung did not recognize the warranty and asked for 45 euros for the transport and inspection of the TV. the requested cost for screen replacement was 660 euros. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!
μετα απο 18 μηνες αρχισε να εμφανιζει στην οθονη παραλληλες γραμμες . Στη συνέχεια καθυστερουσε να αναψει η οθονη και στο τελος σταματησε να αναβει. στους 25 μηνες η samsung δεν αναγνωριζε την εγγυηση και ζητουσε 45 ευρώ για τη μεταφορά και εξέταση της τηλεορασης. το ζητηθέν κοστος αντικαταστασης της οθόνης 660 ευρώ. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ !!!!!

I want to congratulate Samsung because it is the first company with televisions that have an expiration date of 2 years and 1-2 months. Exactly at the end of the warranty. So, the panel on the television burned out exactly 2 months after the warranty expired. Of course, the cost for repair is prohibitive. After searching through the comments, I saw that this is a common phenomenon in several Samsung models. If only I had known this beforehand. So, in my new search for a television, I will start by excluding this particular company.
Θελω να δωσω συγχαρητηρια στην samsung γιατι ειναι η πρωτη εταιρια με τηλεορασεις με ημερομηνια ληξης στα 2 χρονια και 1-2 μηνες. Ακριβως στη ληξη της εγγύησης. Στην τηλεοραση λοιπον καηκε το πανελ, ακριβως 2 μηνες μετα τη ληξη της εγγυησης. Φυσικα το κοστος ειναι ασυμφορο για επισκευη. Ψαχνοντας επειτα τα σχολια ειδα οτι ειναι συχνο φαινομενο σε αρκετα μοντελα της samsung. Στερνη μου γνωση να σ ειχα πρωτα. Οποτε στη νεα ερευνα αγορας για τηλεοραση ξεκιναω αποκλειοντας την συγκεκριμενη εταιρια.
This specific television (Samsung Smart TV 50" 4K UHD QLED QE50Q60A HDR (2021)) after 2 years of very conservative use has developed several issues. Firstly, it already has 3 horizontal lines burned that become very noticeable on light-colored images and the initial assessments are that repair is not worth it. Then it has a power supply problem and can no longer turn on (it blinks for 10 minutes) and we are waiting for service. With this knowledge, I would not recommend the purchase.
Η συγκεκριμένη τηλεόραση (Samsung Smart Τηλεόραση 50" 4K UHD QLED QE50Q60A HDR (2021)) μετά από 2 χρόνια πολύ συντηρητικής λειτουργίας εχει βγαλει αρκετά θέματα. Καταρχήν έχει ήδη 3 οριζόντιες γραμμές καμένες που γίνονται πολύ εμφανείς σε ανοιχτοχρωμες εικόνες και οι πρώτες εκτιμήσεις είναι ότι δεν αξίζει η επιδιόρθωση. Κατόπιν έχει πρόβλημα τροφοδοτικού και πλέον αδυνατεί να ανοιξει (αναβοσβήνει επί 10λεπτου) και περιμένουμε το service. Με αυτή τη γνώση δεν θα συνιστούσα την αγορά.

Defective series. Purchased 2 years and 2 months ago. Placed in a bedroom for 1-2 hours of use per day (evenings). It remained unused for a whole year due to staying in another house. Two months after the end of the 2-year warranty and practically not even a year of very light use, a series of LEDs on the screen burned out and the TV kept restarting constantly (unprofitable repair at a repair shop as it costs around 430 euros while the TV was purchased for 550 euros). I managed to find the burned out LED series and repaired it myself with Selotape (I found two or three relevant videos on YouTube, as the Q series often shows this defect, which if you touch it a little and it cuts you, you can do the job). It worked successfully for 2 months and now it burned out another LED series. It's a shame because I liked it as a TV. By the way, it's the second Samsung TV that burns out the panel immediately after the warranty expires. All my new TVs from now on will not be Samsung for at least a decade, until Samsung comes to its senses or changes its warranty-service policy.
Ελαττωματικη σειρα. Αγοραστηκε πριν 2 χρονια και 2 μηνες. Τοποθετηθηκε σε υπνοδωματιο για χρηση 1-2 ωρες την ημερα (βραδια). Εναν ολοκληρο χρονο εμεινε αχρησιμοποιητη τελειως λογω διαμονης σε αλλο σπιτι.
Μετα απο δυο μηνες απο το περας της εγγυησης των 2 ετων και πρακτικα ουτε εναν χρονο πολυ ελαφριας χρησης, καηκε μια σειρα τα led της οθονης και η τηλεοραση εκανε συνεχως επανεκκινησεις (ασυμφορη επισκευη σε συνεργειο καθως κοστιζει γυρω 430 Ευρω ενω η τηλεοραση αγοραστηκε 550 Ευρω). Καταφερα, βρηκα την καμμενη σειρα led και την επισκευασα μονος μου με Selotape (βρηκα δυο-τρια σχετικα βιντεο στο youtube, μιας και η σειρα Q εχει εμφανιζει συχνα αυτο το ελαττωμα, που αν πιανουν τα χερια σου λιγο και σε κοβει μπορεις να κανεις δουλεια). Δουλεψε επιτυχως 2 μηνες και τωρα εκαψε αλλη σειρα led. Κριμα γιατι μου αρεσε σαν τηλεοραση. Παρεπιπτοντως ειναι η 2η τηλεοραση Samsung που μου καιει πανελ αμεσως μετα τη ληξη της εγγυησης. Ολες οι καινουριες τηλεορασεις μου απο εδω και στο εξης δε θα ειναι Samsung για καμια δεκαετια, μεχρι να βαλει η Samsung μυαλο ή να αλλαξει την πολιτικη της εγγυησης-service.

I contacted Samsung and the television went for repair within the warranty period for a panel replacement after 1 year and 3 months it had the same problem again. And even though article 4 of the Ministry of Development states "In case of replacement of the good or its spare part, the warranty is automatically renewed for the entire duration with regard to the new good or spare part, unless otherwise specified" (AH this unless otherwise specified, and why shouldn't they take advantage of it since they are given the right), Samsung states in its terms "Samsung's obligation under the warranty is limited to repairing the product or replacing the product or defective part, at its discretion. The repaired parts or replacement parts of the Samsung product will be provided on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished products, equally functional as new. The warranty period following the repair (with or without replacement of parts) will be equal to the remaining period of the initial warranty." And with a repair cost of over 400€, in which case they give you a 1-month warranty, tell me if you would want to go through this process? πεταμένα λεφτά!!Το θέμα δεν είναι μόνο τα χαρακτηριστικά μιας τηλεόρασης αλλά να μην την έχεις μόνο για 2-3 χρόνια και το σίγουρο είναι πώς μέσα στο διάστημα αυτό θα χρειαστείτε ΣΙΓΟΥΡΑ αλλαγή panel... Αγορά 24/11/20 τον Αύγουστο του 22 μετά από εμφάνιση οριζόντιων μαύρων γραμμών στο πάχος μιας τρίχας και το φαινόμενο του να προσπαθείς να την ανοίξεις αλλά να ακούγεται μόνο φωνή και να κάνει αυτόματα επανεκκίνηση για περίπου 30 λεπτά που όσο περνούσε ο καιρός ο χρόνος γινόταν όλο και περισσότερος επικοινώνησα με Samsung και η τηλεόραση πήγε προς επισκευή εντός εγγύησης για αλλαγή panel μετσ από 1 χρόνο και τρεις μήνες εμφάνισε πάλι το ίδιο πρόβλημα και ενώ στο άρθρο 4 του υπουργείου ανάπτυξης γράφει " Σε περίπτωση αντικατάστασης του αγαθού ή ανταλλακτικού του, η εγγύηση αυτόματα ανανεώνεται για όλη της τη διάρκεια ως προς το νέο αγαθό ή ανταλλακτικό, εκτός αν ορίζεται διαφορετικά" (ΑΧ αυτό το εκτός και αν ορίζεται διαφορετικά, και γιατί δλδ να μην το εκμεταλλευτούν αυτό εφόσον τους δίνουν το δικαίωμα) η Samsung αναφέρει στους όρους της "Η υποχρέωση της Samsung βάσει της εγγύησης περιορίζεται στην επισκευή του προϊόντος ή την αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος ή του ελαττωματικού μέρους, κατά την κρίση της. Τα επισκευασμένα μέρη ή τα μέρη αντικατάστασης του προϊόντος Samsung θα παρέχονται σε μια βάση ανταλλαγής και θα είναι είτε νέα, είτε ανακατασκευασμένα προϊόντα, εξίσου λειτουργικά με νέα. Η περίοδος ισχύος της εγγύησης κατόπιν της επισκευής (με ή χωρίς αντικατάσταση ανταλλακτικών) θα είναι ίση με το υπόλοιπο της αρχικής περιόδου εγγύησης." Και με κόστος επισκευής πάνω από 400€ στην οποία περίπτωση σου δίνουν εγγύηση για 1 μήνα πες μου εσύ αν θέλεις να μπεις σε αυτήν την διαδικασία? Αν σκεφτείς λοιπόν ατομικαυΜΑΚΡΙΑ από τηλεόραση Samsung και αν σκεφτείς συλλογικά Μακριά από οποιοδήποτε προϊόν SAMSUNG για την αντιμετώπιση προς τον καταναλωτή!
I also want to share my extremely negative experience with this specific model. It was purchased on August 21st and the screen burned out on November 23rd, three months after the warranty expired. I informed the technical department and requested coverage for at least part of the expenses. They said they would ask the supervisor and inform me. Ten days passed, no update, so I called them again. They falsely claimed that they had repeatedly called me but couldn't reach me, only to inform me that they couldn't cover any part of the cost. Of course, after this, I will not buy anything from them again, and I advise you to do the same.
Καταθέτω και εγώ την άκρως αρνητική εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο. Αγοραστηκε Αυγουστο 21, καηκε η οθονη στα καλά καθούμενα Νοεμβριο 23, τρεις μηνες μετα τη λήξη της εγγυησης. Ενημέρωσα το τεχνικό τμήμα και ζήτησα κάλυψη έστω και μέρους των εξοδων. Είπαν θα ρωτήσουν τον προϊστάμενο και θα με ενημερωσουν. Περασαν δεκα μερες, καμία ενημερωση, ξανακαλεσα εγω . Ισχυρίστηκαν ψευδώς οτι καλεσαν επανειλημμενα και δε με βρηκαν, για να με ενημερωσουν οτι δεν μπορούν να καλύψουν κανενα μερος του κόστους. Φυσικά μετά από αυτό δεν πρόκειται να αγορασω τιποτα ξανά απο αυτούς και το ιδιο συμβουλεύω και εσας.

I bought the 50-inch one in March 2021. However, after two months, a wide horizontal white line appeared in the middle, which was constantly visible in a dark room or when the image had dark colors. I never found out if they fixed it and sold me garbage or if it magically fixed itself... In July 2023, 4 months after the warranty expired, it started experiencing the restarts that other users have reported. The technicians told me it's a panel damage and it's not worth repairing. In short, 600€ went down the drain because this particular device is trash.
Αγόρασα την 50άρα τον Μάρτιο του 2021. Στους δύο μήνες όμως εμφάνισε μια φαρδιά οριζόντια άσπρη γραμμή στη μέση, η οποία φαινόταν συνεχώς σε σκοτεινό δωμάτιο ή όταν η εικόνα είχε σκούρα χρώματα. Φυσικά την έστειλα στο σέρβις και η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν ότι δεν έβλεπαν τίποτα τέτοιο. Προφανώς εγώ είχα οράματα... Ωστόσο όταν την πήρα πίσω, το πρόβλημα είχε εξαφανιστεί. Δεν έμαθα ποτέ αν το διόρθωσαν και πουλούσαν τρελίτσα ή αν διορθώθηκε μαγικά από μόνο του... Τον Ιούλιο του 2023, δηλαδή 4 μήνες μετά τη λήξη της εγγύησης, άρχισε τις επανεκκινήσεις που αναφέρονται κι από άλλους χρήστες. Οι τεχνικοί μου είπαν ότι είναι βλάβη του πάνελ και δε συμφέρει να την επισκευάσω. Με λίγα λόγια, 600€ πήγαν στον βρόντο γιατί η συγκεκριμένη συσκευή είναι για τα σκουπίδια.
I have it here for 7 months. It doesn't have the clouding phenomenon that I saw in other reviews, after checking again in case I have a different model: qe55q60aa.
I have the 55", I am very satisfied with both the picture and the sound, for the use I make, which is to watch TV and movies. And from YouTube when I play music it's fine.
I don't play games, I don't have an opinion, nor have I connected other devices to it other than my wireless phone. Very user-friendly menu, in general I haven't had any issues so far.
Την έχω εδώ και 7 μήνες . Δεν έχει το φαινόμενο clouding που είδα σε άλλες αξιολογήσεις , αφού τσεκαρα ξανά μήπως έχω άλλο μοντέλο : qe55q60aa.
Έχω την 55" ,είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη τόσο από εικόνα ,όσο και από ήχο ,για τη χρήση που κάνω ,δηλαδή να βλέπω τηλεόραση και ταινίες . Και από το YouTube όταν βάζω μουσική μια χαρά είναι .
Δεν παίζω παιχνίδια,δεν έχω άποψη ,ούτε έχω συνδέσει πάνω της άλλες συσκευές πέρα από το κινητό μου ασύρματα. Πολύ εύχρηστο μενού ,γενικά δεν είχα κανένα θέμα ως τώρα .

Όπως αναφέρουν και οι προηγούμενοι χρήστες μου εμφάνισε και εμένα το πρόβλημα "clouding" (γίνεται αντιληπτό μόνο το βράδυ σε σκοτεινό δωμάτιο, σε σκηνή με μαύρη εικόνα). Δυστυχώς διάβασα τις κριτικές μετά την αγορά της...Σε συνέχεια της αξιολόγησης και αφού ενημερώθηκε το τεχνικό τμήμα της Samsung και παραδέχτηκαν την κατάσταση ύστερα από έλεγχο, η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι "είναι μέσα στις προδιαγραφές" !!! Μου φάνηκε απίστευτο που μου το έλεγαν σε σημείο να νομίζω ότι μου κάνουν πλάκα. Τους λέω ότι ύστερα από ένα χρόνο που όλα ήταν καλά, ξάφνου βγαίνουν αυτά τα σύννεφα και είναι μες τις προδιαγραφές??? Ναι συνεχίζουν να μου λένε!!! Είναι η δεύτερη τηλεόραση που έχω αγοράσει Samsung και η τελευταία...
Unacceptable sound, good picture, easy menu, unfortunately the blacks are not black... Unfortunately, I can't understand why the 40-inch ones have been discontinued by Samsung, LG, and Sony. Απαράδεκτος ήχος καλή εικόνα εύκολο μενού τα μαύρα δεν είναι μαύρα δυστυχώς.... Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί έχουν καταργηθεί οι 40 ίντσες από τη samsung από την LG από τη sony για κρεβατοκάμαρα είναι ιδανική επιλογή πήρα 43 ιντσών και δυστυχώς είναι πολύ μεγάλη για την κρεβατοκάμαρα...
This model should be considered defective by the company itself! Clouding is not natural and expected in LED TVs as they claim.. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy movies and games (as horror fans, we wanted nice black) and we couldn't do anything about it... Big disappointment...

Το clouding ΔΕΝ είναι φυσικό κ αναμενόμενο στις led tv όπως ισχυρίζονται..Δυστυχώς δεν μπορέσαμε να απολαύσουμε ταινίες και παιχνίδια (καθότι λάτρεις του horror θέλαμε ωραίο μαύρο) και δεν μπορέσαμε να κάνουμε και τίποτα για αυτό... Μεγάλη ήττα...

Όταν την πρωτοανοιξα δεν έπαιζε το τηλεκοντρόλ και χαλαστηκα αλλά μετά κατάλαβα ότι έπρεπε να κάνεις μια λειτουργία προγραμματισμού. Κατά τα άλλα μια χαρά.

Απογοητευτικός ο ήχος της στα HD κανάλια της Digea, ανυπόφορος στα μη HD (Kontra, Extra κ.λ.π.). Όπου υπάρχει ομιλία δυσκολεύεσαι να παρακολουθήσεις. Επίσης μικροφωνίζει.
Οι επιλογές ήχου δεν κάνουν καμία διαφορά, όσο και να προσπάθησα μέσω του ισοσταθμιστή.

The most pathetic thing in qled 4k is circulating. The company has deceptive advertising for the product, claiming to have the ultimate black. Ultimate black, when at night the lights from the side led are visible at the edges. Ultimate black, when at night you see a cloud in the middle of the screen. For the company, this is acceptable, and of course, you can't do anything if 14 days pass and you don't notice it in time. No trade address, no technicians who take the photos and tell you that they have been having such issues lately, nothing else can be done. The previous qled 4k from 2019 simply surpasses it. It's a shame for such a company to reach the bottom in terms of quality.

Οτι πιο άθλιο σε qled 4k κυκλοφορεί. Η εταιρία έχει παραπλανητική διαφήμιση για το προϊόν, την στιγμή που λέει ότι βγάζει το απόλυτο μαύρο. Απόλυτο μαύρο, την στιγμή που όταν ειναι βράδυ στις άκρες φαίνονται τα φώτα από τα side led. Απολυτο μαύρο, την στιγμή που όταν είναι βράδυ βλέπεις ένα σύννεφο στην μέση της οθόνης. Για την εταιρία είναι αποδεκτό αυτό , και φυσικά δεν μπορείς να κάνεις τπτ αν περάσουν οι 14 μέρες και δεν το δεις εγκαίρως. Ούτε διεύθυνση εμπορίου, ούτε οι τεχνικοί που βγάζουν τις φωτογραφίες και σου λένε ότι έχουν συνεχεια τετοια θέματα τελευταία, ούτε κάτι άλλο μπορεί να γίνει. Η προηγούμενη qled 4k του 2019 απλά της ρίχνει στα αυτιά. Κρίμα για μια τέτοια εταιρία να καταντάει να φτάνει ποιοτικά στον πάτο.

Το φαινόμενο clouding πλέον έχει εξαπλωθεί σε όλο το πάνελ της τηλεόρασης και τα side led πλέον φαίνονται και αυτα σε όλο το frame γύρω γύρω. Πλέον το πήρα απόφαση ότι η εταιρία είναι πιο κάτω και από κινέζικα.

I bought the 43'' model in August 2022. It's worth the 440 euros I paid for it in terms of picture quality. The sound is lacking, which is understandable for such slim TVs. Πήρα τον 8/2022 το μοντέλο 43''. Για τα 440 ευρώ που έδωσα αξίζει τα λεφτά του απο ποιότητα εικόνας. Στον ήχο υστερεί, πράγμα λογικό για τέτοιου είδους λεπτές τηλεοράσεις. Επίσης με προβληματίζει το γεγονός ότι, σε αντίθεση με τη παλιότερη Samsung που είχα, δεν παίζει ολα τα βίντεο απο κάμερα που έχω σε σκληρό, όπως και ότι αργεί σχετικά να ανοίξει τους φακέλους με βίντεο και φωτος στο σκληρό.

Then the screen was slow to turn on and eventually stopped turning on altogether. at 25 months samsung did not recognize the warranty and asked for 45 euros for the transport and inspection of the TV. the requested cost for screen replacement was 660 euros. Στην τηλεοραση λοιπον καηκε το πανελ, ακριβως 2 μηνες μετα τη ληξη της εγγυησης. Φυσικα το κοστος ειναι ασυμφορο για επισκευη. Ψαχνοντας επειτα τα σχολια ειδα οτι ειναι συχνο φαινομενο σε αρκετα μοντελα της samsung. Στερνη μου γνωση να σ ειχα πρωτα. Οποτε στη νεα ερευνα αγορας για τηλεοραση ξεκιναω αποκλειοντας την συγκεκριμενη εταιρια.

Defective series. Purchased 2 years and 2 months ago. Placed in a bedroom for 1-2 hours of use per day (evenings). It remained unused for a whole year due to staying in another house. Two months after the end of the 2-year warranty and practically not even a year of very light use, a series of LEDs on the screen burned out and the TV kept restarting constantly (unprofitable repair at a repair shop as it costs around 430 euros while the TV was purchased for 550 euros). I managed to find the burned out LED series and repaired it myself with Selotape (I found two or three relevant videos on YouTube, as the Q series often shows this defect, which if you touch it a little and it cuts you, you can do the job). It worked successfully for 2 months and now it burned out another LED series. It's a shame because I liked it as a TV. By the way, it's the second Samsung TV that burns out the panel immediately after the warranty expires. All my new TVs from now on will not be Samsung for at least a decade, until Samsung comes to its senses or changes its warranty-service policy.
Ελαττωματικη σειρα. Αγοραστηκε πριν 2 χρονια και 2 μηνες. Τοποθετηθηκε σε υπνοδωματιο για χρηση 1-2 ωρες την ημερα (βραδια). Εναν ολοκληρο χρονο εμεινε αχρησιμοποιητη τελειως λογω διαμονης σε αλλο σπιτι.
Μετα απο δυο μηνες απο το περας της εγγυησης των 2 ετων και πρακτικα ουτε εναν χρονο πολυ ελαφριας χρησης, καηκε μια σειρα τα led της οθονης και η τηλεοραση εκανε συνεχως επανεκκινησεις (ασυμφορη επισκευη σε συνεργειο καθως κοστιζει γυρω 430 Ευρω ενω η τηλεοραση αγοραστηκε 550 Ευρω). Καταφερα, βρηκα την καμμενη σειρα led και την επισκευασα μονος μου με Selotape (βρηκα δυο-τρια σχετικα βιντεο στο youtube, μιας και η σειρα Q εχει εμφανιζει συχνα αυτο το ελαττωμα, που αν πιανουν τα χερια σου λιγο και σε κοβει μπορεις να κανεις δουλεια). Δουλεψε επιτυχως 2 μηνες και τωρα εκαψε αλλη σειρα led. Κριμα γιατι μου αρεσε σαν τηλεοραση. Παρεπιπτοντως ειναι η 2η τηλεοραση Samsung που μου καιει πανελ αμεσως μετα τη ληξη της εγγυησης. Ολες οι καινουριες τηλεορασεις μου απο εδω και στο εξης δε θα ειναι Samsung για καμια δεκαετια, μεχρι να βαλει η Samsung μυαλο ή να αλλαξει την πολιτικη της εγγυησης-service.

πεταμένα λεφτά!!Το θέμα δεν είναι μόνο τα χαρακτηριστικά μιας τηλεόρασης αλλά να μην την έχεις μόνο για 2-3 χρόνια και το σίγουρο είναι πώς μέσα στο διάστημα αυτό θα χρειαστείτε ΣΙΓΟΥΡΑ αλλαγή panel... Αγορά 24/11/20 τον Αύγουστο του 22 μετά από εμφάνιση οριζόντιων μαύρων γραμμών στο πάχος μιας τρίχας και το φαινόμενο του να προσπαθείς να την ανοίξεις αλλά να ακούγεται μόνο φωνή και να κάνει αυτόματα επανεκκίνηση για περίπου 30 λεπτά που όσο περνούσε ο καιρός ο χρόνος γινόταν όλο και περισσότερος επικοινώνησα με Samsung και η τηλεόραση πήγε προς επισκευή εντός εγγύησης για αλλαγή panel μετσ από 1 χρόνο και τρεις μήνες εμφάνισε πάλι το ίδιο πρόβλημα και ενώ στο άρθρο 4 του υπουργείου ανάπτυξης γράφει " Σε περίπτωση αντικατάστασης του αγαθού ή ανταλλακτικού του, η εγγύηση αυτόματα ανανεώνεται για όλη της τη διάρκεια ως προς το νέο αγαθό ή ανταλλακτικό, εκτός αν ορίζεται διαφορετικά" (ΑΧ αυτό το εκτός και αν ορίζεται διαφορετικά, και γιατί δλδ να μην το εκμεταλλευτούν αυτό εφόσον τους δίνουν το δικαίωμα) η Samsung αναφέρει στους όρους της "Η υποχρέωση της Samsung βάσει της εγγύησης περιορίζεται στην επισκευή του προϊόντος ή την αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος ή του ελαττωματικού μέρους, κατά την κρίση της. Τα επισκευασμένα μέρη ή τα μέρη αντικατάστασης του προϊόντος Samsung θα παρέχονται σε μια βάση ανταλλαγής και θα είναι είτε νέα, είτε ανακατασκευασμένα προϊόντα, εξίσου λειτουργικά με νέα. Αν σκεφτείς λοιπόν ατομικαυΜΑΚΡΙΑ από τηλεόραση Samsung και αν σκεφτείς συλλογικά Μακριά από οποιοδήποτε προϊόν SAMSUNG για την αντιμετώπιση προς τον καταναλωτή!
I also want to share my extremely negative experience with this specific model. It was purchased on August 21st and the screen burned out on November 23rd, three months after the warranty expired. I informed the technical department and requested coverage for at least part of the expenses. They said they would ask the supervisor and inform me. Καταθέτω και εγώ την άκρως αρνητική εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο. Αγοραστηκε Αυγουστο 21, καηκε η οθονη στα καλά καθούμενα Νοεμβριο 23, τρεις μηνες μετα τη λήξη της εγγυησης. Ενημέρωσα το τεχνικό τμήμα και ζήτησα κάλυψη έστω και μέρους των εξοδων. Είπαν θα ρωτήσουν τον προϊστάμενο και θα με ενημερωσουν. Περασαν δεκα μερες, καμία ενημερωση, ξανακαλεσα εγω . Ισχυρίστηκαν ψευδώς οτι καλεσαν επανειλημμενα και δε με βρηκαν, για να με ενημερωσουν οτι δεν μπορούν να καλύψουν κανενα μερος του κόστους. Φυσικά μετά από αυτό δεν πρόκειται να αγορασω τιποτα ξανά απο αυτούς και το ιδιο συμβουλεύω και εσας.

I bought the 50-inch one in March 2021. However, after two months, a wide horizontal white line appeared in the middle, which was constantly visible in a dark room or when the image had dark colors. I never found out if they fixed it and sold me garbage or if it magically fixed itself... In July 2023, 4 months after the warranty expired, it started experiencing the restarts that other users have reported. The technicians told me it's a panel damage and it's not worth repairing. In short, 600€ went down the drain because this particular device is trash.
Αγόρασα την 50άρα τον Μάρτιο του 2021. Στους δύο μήνες όμως εμφάνισε μια φαρδιά οριζόντια άσπρη γραμμή στη μέση, η οποία φαινόταν συνεχώς σε σκοτεινό δωμάτιο ή όταν η εικόνα είχε σκούρα χρώματα. Φυσικά την έστειλα στο σέρβις και η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν ότι δεν έβλεπαν τίποτα τέτοιο. Προφανώς εγώ είχα οράματα... Ωστόσο όταν την πήρα πίσω, το πρόβλημα είχε εξαφανιστεί. Δεν έμαθα ποτέ αν το διόρθωσαν και πουλούσαν τρελίτσα ή αν διορθώθηκε μαγικά από μόνο του... Τον Ιούλιο του 2023, δηλαδή 4 μήνες μετά τη λήξη της εγγύησης, άρχισε τις επανεκκινήσεις που αναφέρονται κι από άλλους χρήστες. Οι τεχνικοί μου είπαν ότι είναι βλάβη του πάνελ και δε συμφέρει να την επισκευάσω. Με λίγα λόγια, 600€ πήγαν στον βρόντο γιατί η συγκεκριμένη συσκευή είναι για τα σκουπίδια.

I have the 55", I am very satisfied with both the picture and the sound, for the use I make, which is to watch TV and movies. And from YouTube when I play music it's fine.
I don't play games, I don't have an opinion, nor have I connected other devices to it other than my wireless phone. Very user-friendly menu, in general I haven't had any issues so far.

Έχω την 55" ,είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη τόσο από εικόνα ,όσο και από ήχο ,για τη χρήση που κάνω ,δηλαδή να βλέπω τηλεόραση και ταινίες . Και από το YouTube όταν βάζω μουσική μια χαρά είναι .
Δεν παίζω παιχνίδια,δεν έχω άποψη ,ούτε έχω συνδέσει πάνω της άλλες συσκευές πέρα από το κινητό μου ασύρματα. Πολύ εύχρηστο μενού ,γενικά δεν είχα κανένα θέμα ως τώρα .

Όπως αναφέρουν και οι προηγούμενοι χρήστες μου εμφάνισε και εμένα το πρόβλημα "clouding" (γίνεται αντιληπτό μόνο το βράδυ σε σκοτεινό δωμάτιο, σε σκηνή με μαύρη εικόνα). Δυστυχώς διάβασα τις κριτικές μετά την αγορά της...Σε συνέχεια της αξιολόγησης και αφού ενημερώθηκε το τεχνικό τμήμα της Samsung και παραδέχτηκαν την κατάσταση ύστερα από έλεγχο, η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι "είναι μέσα στις προδιαγραφές" !!! Μου φάνηκε απίστευτο που μου το έλεγαν σε σημείο να νομίζω ότι μου κάνουν πλάκα. Τους λέω ότι ύστερα από ένα χρόνο που όλα ήταν καλά, ξάφνου βγαίνουν αυτά τα σύννεφα και είναι μες τις προδιαγραφές??? This model should be considered defective by the company itself! Clouding is not natural and expected in LED TVs as they claim.. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy movies and games (as horror fans, we wanted nice black) and we couldn't do anything about it... Big disappointment...

The internet system keeps crashing and I have done a factory reset. The sound is terrible and I was expecting a better picture. This is the second Samsung I have bought and I will not make the same mistake again. The screen is very sensitive.

Δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα μια χαρά εικόνα καί ωραίες λειτουργίες. Το τηλεκοντρόλ φορτίζει η με φορτιστή κινητού (type C) ή θα πρέπει να το αφήνετε ανάποδα για να φορτίζεται με το φως. Όταν την πρωτοανοιξα δεν έπαιζε το τηλεκοντρόλ και χαλαστηκα αλλά μετά κατάλαβα ότι έπρεπε να κάνεις μια λειτουργία προγραμματισμού. Κατά τα άλλα μια χαρά.

Απογοητευτικός ο ήχος της στα HD κανάλια της Digea, ανυπόφορος στα μη HD (Kontra, Extra κ.λ.π.). Όπου υπάρχει ομιλία δυσκολεύεσαι να παρακολουθήσεις. Επίσης μικροφωνίζει.
Οι επιλογές ήχου δεν κάνουν καμία διαφορά, όσο και να προσπάθησα μέσω του ισοσταθμιστή.

The most pathetic thing in qled 4k is circulating. The company has deceptive advertising for the product, claiming to have the ultimate black. Ultimate black, when at night the lights from the side led are visible at the edges. Ultimate black, when at night you see a cloud in the middle of the screen. For the company, this is acceptable, and of course, you can't do anything if 14 days pass and you don't notice it in time. No trade address, no technicians who take the photos and tell you that they have been having such issues lately, nothing else can be done. The previous qled 4k from 2019 simply surpasses it. It's a shame for such a company to reach the bottom in terms of quality.

The clouding phenomenon has now spread to the entire panel of the TV and the side led lights are now visible all around the frame. I have now decided that the company is even worse than Chinese products.
Οτι πιο άθλιο σε qled 4k κυκλοφορεί. Η εταιρία έχει παραπλανητική διαφήμιση για το προϊόν, την στιγμή που λέει ότι βγάζει το απόλυτο μαύρο. Απόλυτο μαύρο, την στιγμή που όταν ειναι βράδυ στις άκρες φαίνονται τα φώτα από τα side led. Απολυτο μαύρο, την στιγμή που όταν είναι βράδυ βλέπεις ένα σύννεφο στην μέση της οθόνης. Για την εταιρία είναι αποδεκτό αυτό , και φυσικά δεν μπορείς να κάνεις τπτ αν περάσουν οι 14 μέρες και δεν το δεις εγκαίρως. Ούτε διεύθυνση εμπορίου, ούτε οι τεχνικοί που βγάζουν τις φωτογραφίες και σου λένε ότι έχουν συνεχεια τετοια θέματα τελευταία, ούτε κάτι άλλο μπορεί να γίνει. Η προηγούμενη qled 4k του 2019 απλά της ρίχνει στα αυτιά. Κρίμα για μια τέτοια εταιρία να καταντάει να φτάνει ποιοτικά στον πάτο.

Το φαινόμενο clouding πλέον έχει εξαπλωθεί σε όλο το πάνελ της τηλεόρασης και τα side led πλέον φαίνονται και αυτα σε όλο το frame γύρω γύρω. Πλέον το πήρα απόφαση ότι η εταιρία είναι πιο κάτω και από κινέζικα.

I bought the 43'' model in August 2022. It's worth the 440 euros I paid for it in terms of picture quality. The sound is lacking, which is understandable for such slim TVs. I'm also concerned that, unlike my previous Samsung, it doesn't play all the videos from my camera on the hard drive, and it takes relatively longer to open folders with videos and photos on the hard drive.
Πήρα τον 8/2022 το μοντέλο 43''. Για τα 440 ευρώ που έδωσα αξίζει τα λεφτά του απο ποιότητα εικόνας. Στον ήχο υστερεί, πράγμα λογικό για τέτοιου είδους λεπτές τηλεοράσεις. Επίσης με προβληματίζει το γεγονός ότι, σε αντίθεση με τη παλιότερη Samsung που είχα, δεν παίζει ολα τα βίντεο απο κάμερα που έχω σε σκληρό, όπως και ότι αργεί σχετικά να ανοίξει τους φακέλους με βίντεο και φωτος στο σκληρό.

after 18 months it started showing parallel lines on the screen. Then the screen was slow to turn on and eventually stopped turning on altogether. at 25 months samsung did not recognize the warranty and asked for 45 euros for the transport and inspection of the TV. the requested cost for screen replacement was 660 euros. μετα απο 18 μηνες αρχισε να εμφανιζει στην οθονη παραλληλες γραμμες . Στη συνέχεια καθυστερουσε να αναψει η οθονη και στο τελος σταματησε να αναβει. στους 25 μηνες η samsung δεν αναγνωριζε την εγγυηση και ζητουσε 45 ευρώ για τη μεταφορά και εξέταση της τηλεορασης. το ζητηθέν κοστος αντικαταστασης της οθόνης 660 ευρώ. Θελω να δωσω συγχαρητηρια στην samsung γιατι ειναι η πρωτη εταιρια με τηλεορασεις με ημερομηνια ληξης στα 2 χρονια και 1-2 μηνες. Ακριβως στη ληξη της εγγύησης. Στην τηλεοραση λοιπον καηκε το πανελ, ακριβως 2 μηνες μετα τη ληξη της εγγυησης. Φυσικα το κοστος ειναι ασυμφορο για επισκευη. Ψαχνοντας επειτα τα σχολια ειδα οτι ειναι συχνο φαινομενο σε αρκετα μοντελα της samsung. Στερνη μου γνωση να σ ειχα πρωτα. Οποτε στη νεα ερευνα αγορας για τηλεοραση ξεκιναω αποκλειοντας την συγκεκριμενη εταιρια.
This specific television (Samsung Smart TV 50" 4K UHD QLED QE50Q60A HDR (2021)) after 2 years of very conservative use has developed several issues. Η συγκεκριμένη τηλεόραση (Samsung Smart Τηλεόραση 50" 4K UHD QLED QE50Q60A HDR (2021)) μετά από 2 χρόνια πολύ συντηρητικής λειτουργίας εχει βγαλει αρκετά θέματα. Καταρχήν έχει ήδη 3 οριζόντιες γραμμές καμένες που γίνονται πολύ εμφανείς σε ανοιχτοχρωμες εικόνες και οι πρώτες εκτιμήσεις είναι ότι δεν αξίζει η επιδιόρθωση. Κατόπιν έχει πρόβλημα τροφοδοτικού και πλέον αδυνατεί να ανοιξει (αναβοσβήνει επί 10λεπτου) και περιμένουμε το service. Με αυτή τη γνώση δεν θα συνιστούσα την αγορά.
