An 18-year-old single malt from the excellent Tullamore D.E.W. distillery, which completed its aging for up to six months in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Port, and Madeira barrels. On the nose, spicy malt with developing notes of raisin and cinnamon, on the palate, soft barley leading to bourbon-barrel vanilla and toasted bread, and with a finish of caramel and chocolate, with a warm touch of hot orange and fruitcake.
