The Amila Gymtube Gorilla Grip resistance bands are ideal for home workouts as well as for rehabilitation.
See Description & SpecificationsVery good and durable bands, the "gorilla" grips are hard, not foamy, and of larger diameter than usual, the only negative is the appearance of rust on the rings where the ends of the band are secured.
It has quite good handles (at least I liked them). It seems durable. Also, it is quite long, so it is useful for a variety of exercises. I expected it to be a bit stiffer, but I don't know about rubber and so I'm not sure if I'm right. Overall, I am very satisfied.
Good rubber with nice handles. After a while, you get used to it and it doesn't bother you. So, I use it for warm-up or when I can't go to the gym.
