Description & Specifications

The De Buyer Swing Plus mandoline slicer cuts fruits and vegetables into slices or julienne strips. The cutting thickness adjusts from 0.5 mm to 10 mm in 0.5 mm increments, and it offers smooth or wavy cuts. The double-sided blade has a straight and a wavy edge, as well as a serrated edge for soft foods.

The stainless steel ramp has smooth and textured surfaces to help food slide along it. Non-slip feet, a folding stand and ergonomic handles make it easy to use.
