You can't really say it's of the best quality.... There is a gap of liquid on the surface, resulting in it freezing and material remaining there after turning it off. Also, there are particles floating (probably wax) that do not integrate with the rest of the wax and it looks bad. The dimmer only works properly on the light.... Not on the liquid.
