Tungaru is a board game where players take on the role of early Polynesians in a medium-weight Eurogame featuring dice rolling and resource conversion. Players will hop from island to island trying to recruit Nomads as new tribe members, colonize land, spread their culture, and trade goods.
Players use dice as workers, Leader cards that are revealed blindly and then passed to their neighbor, and special meeple shapes that are specific to their tribe.
