It's a pity that a manufacturing flaw renders these (otherwise) very good headphones useless so quickly.

As a brand, I know it. They have good sound and microphone. They seem to be of good quality in hand. However, the microphone broke in 2 months. I went back to the Logitech h390 that had lasted me for years.

They work whenever they really want to! I have them for customer service and they constantly tell me that they can't hear me and I have to disconnect them from the laptop and reconnect them to work. Also, many times when you touch the cable it makes noise.. they should not cost 30€ in any case! Also, after a while they tire you and your ears hurt!

Bad headphones for the money you give. We're talking about computer headphones that you have to have permanently connected. However, many times you can't hear anything even though they are connected and you have to disconnect and reconnect them to get the sound back. On the other hand, I didn't have any problem with the microphone, while in terms of sound, it's mediocre. Cheap Chinese headphones are more reliable... Stay away and never again Creative, which has lowered its quality in everything.

Sometimes they stop working for no reason. Additionally, they cause issues with speech quality and how the person you're talking to hears you, and this happens quite often.

It's click and... play, as they say these days. Of course, when the computer shuts down and there is a USB port deactivation, you will have to click again for them to work, otherwise you will hear the sound from the computer speakers.
