The specific platforms are quite narrow in the front part of the foot (i.e., in width), resulting in "cutting" the toes to an extent that is unbearable for more than half an hour, at most! I wore them for about a month, with great difficulty, they did not open, and in the end, I returned them as defective. I don't know if it was just that specific batch, but for better or worse, ask the store before you buy them.
