I bought it to charge my Watch 4 even though it was not mentioned in the description. Fortunately, everything is fine, it works just like the genuine one, maybe a bit slower, but it's perfect for backup!
UPDATE: After 5-6 months of sporadic use, essentially as a backup, it has stopped charging the watch above 55-60%. It seems that it stops charging due to overheating, and practically I never manage to charge the watch as I would like. In the end, maybe I should have bought the genuine charger from the beginning, even though it's twice the price...

UPDATE: Μετά από 5-6 μήνες σποραδικής χρήσης, ουσιαστικά σαν backup, έχει πάψει να φορτίζει το ρολόι πάνω από 55-60%. Μάλλον λόγω υπερθέρμανσης σταματάει η φόρτιση και πρακτικά δεν καταφέρνω ποτέ να φορτίσω το ρολόι όπως θα ήθελα. Τελικά ίσως έπρεπε να πάρω από την αρχή το γνήσιο φορτιστή, με διπλάσια τιμή βέβαια...
